Super clean… staff was great and the location was minutes from campus. A 5 min walk or a 3 min drive. Everything was perfect!

The staff was so friendly and professional. Room was beyond clean and comfortable. Answered all questions I had. Not staffs fault, but morning I was checking out there was a power surge so elevators weren't working. Wasn't a big deal staff apologized repeatedly for it. Understand things happen.

The staff was exceptional. We asked for a few extra blankets and they were brought to the room within a few minutes. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and "on top of things" . Very impressed!

The entire hotel was so very clean…it was a breath of fresh air compared to most hotels. The room was also very clean and very comfortable. I was a few hours later than my anticipated arrival time and had to wait a little bit at the front desk to check in. There was a sign stating they were helping other guests and would return shortly…but maybe there should be an alert to let them know someone has approached the front desk?

We were back in town to watch our daughter (class of 2019 from IUP) present at Geoscience Day as an alumni. We had another great experience. Our room rate included breakfast, so we had one day of ordering off the menu & the next day was the buffet. Both days had really good breakfasts! Our room was clean & quiet. The room was serviced while we were gone. The best part of our stay was Anastasia...she went above & beyond to connect with our daughter & actively asked how her presentation went! It made her feel really special...thank you!! I will always recommend this hotel to anyone who is heading to IUP.
