Location was good right off the interstate. Staff wasn’t too bad. The bathroom was covered in black mold and the whole hotel including the room smelled horrible. Checked the bed and didn’t find bugs but saw roach feces on outlets, crevices etc. i was too scared to check microwave and tv area for bugs but Ive seen them in other places and know thats where they hide till dark. After a long drive i dealt with it just to sleep and leave in the morning. Didn’t get much sleep because of uncomfortableness from the possibility of bugs.

Breakfast was okay, but what got me was when I paid almost five hundred dollars for a jacuzzi? In my room and it didn't even work. And I got no refund or anything. They need to do regular maintenance on all other autopsy and jacuses. In their rooms. Or can brand new ones? I'm sorry they make enough money.

Breakfast was excellent go early , Location is perfect for any event in Indianapolis We moved down south to the gulf we have family here. We stay at this location when in town, excellent service I don't like carpet in rooms, tile floors are easy to maintain and more sanitary, I would suggest that to the owner. I worked as a health inspector,

We came into Indianapolis from Ohio after a 10-day trip and chose this hotel for one night because it cost less than paying for 2 days at our hotel for the Fever game the next day. The hotel itself was what we needed to relax and await the game. We used the pool and hot tub and was able to come and go easily, as it's just off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, we would not stay again because of the intense smell of cat/dog urine in our room. If we were not in our room, the hotel was fine but inside the room, we were miserable. We could smell cat/dog urine the second we opened our room door and since the air conditioner was not on, it was heavy and strong! We could not change rooms as they were full. Besides, I suspect other rooms would smell the same. If you have a pet friendly hotel, maybe you should keep some rooms pet-free for users who do not like the smell of pets. This hotel requires $100 deposit on the room and requires you to sign that you will not SMOKE in your room or you'll lose your deposit. Maybe they should keep the $100 deposit for families who allow pets to urinate in the rooms and have the carpets cleaned!

Terrible experience! Huge confusion on arrival due to one of my two rooms being given to someone else. The room they ended up giving me smelled so musty it made me nauseous all night, having to keep the window open all night listening to the highway instead of being able to sleep. I was told I would get my original rooms the next day but then was told I could not due to the person who was placed in my room by mistake had extended their stay. Very disappointing, will not stay again or recommend
