Staff was friendly and breakfast was provided. Great value. The area near the hotel felt depressed with a lot of empty shopping centers and the roads were in terrible shape due to construction.

Common areas were overall pretty grimy, and it felt understaffed in terms of cleaning and maintenance. Our downstairs room was humid and very musty. TV and air-conditioning required troubleshooting upon arrival. Physical setting of the motel is pretty bad. Ugly parking lots all around. Will come back to say hi to Mary.

Nothing That I had to wait over an hour and a half for them to even have a clean room now remember this is me arriving at night most of the rooms were dirty house keeping was next to non-existent juice at breakfast was old tasted like Alcohol room smelled like mold !!! Was told when i arrived at midnight that my room which i booked day before was not ready wtf no credit or discount never again

The water pressure was good and very hot. The breakfast was decent.

of the best customers are as I've ever experienced from a hotel they went above and beyond we're super kind and helpful and it just really nice Wholesome staff It was my birthday they made it really really special

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free and filling so there is that. The air conditioning was amazing, it was in the 90s outside during our stay and never once got hot in the room, we had it set to between 65 and 67 the entire time we were there.

The staff was awesome very kind and welcoming. Honestly you can tell it's severely under funded dirty asf and literally moldy as hell couldn't stay just left after walking in.

Bed has a large pit on the middle, toilet was loose and leaking sewer gas, the staff was decent as well as the breakfast. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

Pleasant, attentive staff did the best they could with an aged property in need of substantial repair and updating, especially given the very odd location and decrepit neighborhood.

Despite the friendly staff, the property is way past its prime and is located in an area that is not conducive to easy access or anything more than a short overnight stay.

Ma Mary was everything she found a room for me to check in early I lost my phone she was helpful in my uber as I was checking out the driver brought it back love Indianapolis people are friendly the breakfast was good full breakfast need to fix the pool but overall I had a good experience 🤍❤️❤️❤️❤️

In a 4 night stay, housekeeping tended to our room once. If it was not to be daily, no one told us and nothing in the room specified differently. Also, there was no cable for local TV, just a free Vizio channel.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was typically good. Breakfast was empty one day. I understand it was a large convention group. When reported to staff, food was replaced. Towels that were taken after cleaning were not replaced with new towels. Hotel is old, although renovated.

Quick check-in. Air conditioner did not seem to work. No fan in the bathroom. Everything felt damp when we left the next day

Was not pet-friendly. Couldn't even stay here. They sent me to the Baymount.
