Very rude management.

Never again!

Staff was nice. Building was very outdated.

This hotel looks worse in real life than on pictures and in reviews. It's way past its prime years, but this is not really a problem. The issue is that this property looks a little neglected as if the owner or manager didn't really care what people think about it. We found some places in our room that needed additional cleaning, and overall - walking through hallways it was visible at various locations. The breakfast was much worse than in other hotels where we stayed during that trip. During the breakfast a man in skimpy clothes was talking loudly on the phone with somebody cursing profusely which just bothered us a lot, especially that our daughter was with us. Nobody from hotel personnel said anything to him so we left mid-breakfast taking food to our room.

This property was filthy, poorly maintained, & I felt very unsafe, the door lock was barely hanging on. There was supposedly no management on site when I requested a refund of my 2nd nite that I did not feel safe to use.

The hotel manager and maintenance man were wonderful and very helpful The main reception (an Indian lady) was sort of rude and underlying unpleasant most of the time I wanted to avoid her. A lot of sketchy guests and I left because I became uncomfortable

Staff was helpful. Carpets in hallways and stairs dirty, with debris. Shower stall yellowed and caulking was aged and cracking, dirty. Floor in room was laminate, glad it was not carpet!

Nice, quiet and comfortable

Not a great experience.. was given a room that was dirty and hadn’t been clean yet so had to switch rooms. Seems like the landlord special with cleanliness and all around presentation…

Hallway had a very strong smell .

Nothing Mold, broken bathroom door, cockroaches, rusty lamps, dirty walls.

Good location on the edge of the city, hotel was clean, breakfast was very good. Nobody was at the desk when I came to check in and out, so I had to wait 15 minutes both times to find someone

We love Mary she is very personal and welcoming. Breakfast was offered till ten but they were out of bisckits and gravy by 9am

Stay was just fine. Only thing is my cards didnt work when i got back to hotel. Nobody at desk. Fortunately housekeeping supervisor was handy to let me in. Other than that it was a good stay
