Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Indianapolis East

Everything was excellent and the staff was super friendly!

The room was odd, it was a king suite with a full kitchen…absolutely no plates, cups or silverware!!! Only pots…again odd! We were taken aback by this, the nice lady at the front desk “found” some saucers for us to use and some silverware, thankfully!!! Breakfast was as ok, was a little annoyed when the breakfast attendant “Michelle” said “you’re going to get an email about your stay, make sure you mention me!” Well, here you go Michelle, we mentioned your name! *I was a breakfast attendant at a Marriot residence inn, it was completely unprofessional to mention to guests to mention your name for a review* This was many years ago, perhaps policy has changed?! My husband and I travel the world and he’s a lifetime Marriott member, this Marriott was a disappointment, unfortunately!

Property was awesome . Just like the pictures described. Had a nice outside area with a picnic table and a comfortable table and chairs. Room was exactly as described Frint desk people were amazing

We were created when we walked in and that was nice. Our room was close to the elevator but that wasn't an issue. The AC was loud in our room and too hot to turn it off. Bed was comfy! Shower head is low for a person taller than 5'7. The bathroom could definitely use some updates...the grout was coming out. We have stayed here three other times and none of this was a problem. Probably won't be going back

Note that housekeeping is performed every other day.

Stay was wonderful! Only downside was the elevator sometimes didn't work. It wasn't to often but did happen. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Security patrolling made me feel even more safe. Grounds were kept nicely. Pool was a great temp and wasn't overly done with chemicals. Hot tub was great!

Pool was dirty, room was great, and the woman who hosted breakfast was very friendly and sociable. Most people don't take time to talk to anybody so we really loved her.

The room was nice and comfortable. I ended up in a small suite and I really liked the layout. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious. Outdated.

Room was clean bit hotel carpet smelled

I didnt get to go! Cancel a week ahead of time still haven't got my money back!

We have stated this property a couple of times. The staff is always very friendly and helpful the room we had was very nice and we appreciated the comfortable bed.

Clean room. Great real breakfast. Nice staff.

Clean and well maintained. Just like new.

The mattress was horrible and the room had no decorations.

Place has very old carpets, electrical outlets most the most part are useless, old and wear off towels, old and dirty room couches.

Staff was very friendly .

Hot tub was awesome, friendly staff, rooms were really nice N/A
