We have stated this property a couple of times. The staff is always very friendly and helpful the room we had was very nice and we appreciated the comfortable bed.

The mattress was horrible and the room had no decorations.

It was a terrible experience they could not find my reservation. I waited hours and hours until they were able to do it. Outside of my car fell asleep came back. They still couldn’t find it then they finally found it. Put me in a room the room there was cracks in the tub. It was not presentable. There was a bug on the bed. I end up saying something to them then I end up just saying forget it I’d rather just figure out something I end up making sure that you guys are getting your refund back while Progress was getting the refund back then I had to pay for somewhere to stay

Place has very old carpets, electrical outlets most the most part are useless, old and wear off towels, old and dirty room couches.

Staff was very friendly .

Hot tub was awesome, friendly staff, rooms were really nice N/A

Comfortable stay..

The breakfast could have been better.

The room was far from clean, breakfast had dry cereal no milk, no eggs, no yogurt. The gal working said the order was due tomorrow.

All was excellent except that the exercise room was warm. The rest of the hotel was excessively air conditioned.

Staff was pleasant and helpful! The doors have some issues, but other than that all good. I will be back

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

Breakfast was excellent as is usual for Fairfield. Room temp was set at 60 degrees when we arrived (brr). There was a crack/gash in the bathroom floor tile (a toddler could have easily cut his/her foot on it … good way to get a lawsuit). The tissue box in the bathroom was empty. The lightbulb in one bedside lamp wasn’t working. The parking lot was in serious disrepair.

Don't miss the entry drive that it shares with the neighboring Marriott conference center. Otherwise, while it wasn't a high-frills hotel, it was clean and well-cared-for. Best nights' sleep of our week-long trip. Staff were wonderful! Ms. Barbara at the desk was very welcoming and Ms. Michelle took great care to give everyone a nice breakfast and a smile to start our day right! We would stay again.

Our travel plans for delayed and we weren't able to arrive until 3a but the hotel staff were very accommodating and let us check in late. It was also nice that checkout wasn't until noon after arriving very late. All of the staff were super nice.

When we were searching Hotel.com this came up as a pet friendly hotel. We arrived and they said no pets allowed. The receptionist was kind enough to cancel the room for us for no charge but couldn’t recommend any pet friendly hotels for us. Turns out the Marriott they share a parking lot with accepts pets and they were very accommodating.
