The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was especially helpful because my wife needed to visit urgent care and we were unfamiliar with Indianapolis.

There was a selection of various choices. Location was quiet and the setup easily accessible. The hostess was very cordial. Honestly our overall stay was great. We have no complaints. We will recommend Fairfield inn and Suites to others.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Very nice place. Only concern were the potholes in the parking lot by the entrance. Fall hazard.

Staff was very nice!! Breakfast was well stock
-
Staff was very accommodating and friendly, but hotel could use some love. Rooms were spacious, quiet, comfortable bed, and hot water shower—all the important things! Wish the hot tub was hot during our stay, but kids had fun in the pool.
-
I was not happy having to pay $10 parking to park in their hotel parking lot
-
The rooms were nice and clean and freshly painted. The property itself was a mess. The outside was not kept in the lobby was nasty dirty. The free breakfast was just a mess. The surrounding counters and walls were filthy with food and stains and old messes. It was just embarrassing to stay there.
-
The biggest problem I found was that the carpet was soaked near the ac unit.
-
Great stay. Loved my room
-
First room assigned smelled like Cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating. The room was old. Furniture was outdated. I felt like I walked back into the 70's or 80's. I was very disappointed at the condition of the rooms
-
The breakfast was okay. The staff was amazing! Building was clean!

The cleanliness was great. The noise from the highway was a little bit louder than anticipated. The whirlpool int the room was awesome till I found out the controls didn't work.
