The Fontana Hotel

Ran out of waffles for breakfast an hour before breakfast ended. Our room temp was way too warm & we were unable to adjust the temps via thermostat or controls on the air conditioner. Engineer was unavailable to check it out before we went to sleep. Other than that, everything was good. Beds & pillows clean & comfy; staff very courteous & helpful.

The room are very clean, well kept and modern. The only issue they ran out of food for breakfast one morning.

hotel, and the check end to the checkout breakfast was good. Very clean rooms, very updated rooms. The only thing is the neighborhood But they did have paid security room in the parking lot but they can't help the location

The young gentleman at the desk on Saturday morning and doing breakfast on Sunday morning the 23rd was so great!!!! Breakfast needed a protein( meat option)

Updated facility, location did not feel the safest. Staff was amazing, hallways and rooms updated.

I paid 70$ extra for my pet and they didn’t even let me in with him to the breakfast room

I don’t know the staff name that helped me, but they were young so helpful, kind, attentive and made me want to come back to this hotel. I at first seeing the building had every attention to get my money back and go somewhere else. I was met on Wednesday 08/19/26 evening by such a nice young lady and everyday after that until I left today 08/23/26 all the young adults made me feel heard and they went above the call of duty. Let me not end this review without saying two of the maintenance man from the Marriott next door went out there way to help me. The security man done his job making sure to drive around keeping us safe. The rooms were nice just needed some updates to the refrigerator that really don’t keep your food cold and my room door was not really secure. The latch on the door had the screws barely screwed in and the door was so hard to open. The bed linen could use replacing. But over all I come back the rooms were clean. Don’t let the outside fool it’s a nice hotel and staff the young adults was top tier.

The staff was professional and polite, the room was clean and remodeled.

Inside, the hotel is nice and I would stay there again. Especially now that I know how to get in the property!

We had a great stay!! Would definitely stay again. I was a little nervous based on all of the negative reviews, but nothing negative to report about our stay!!

Very clean spaces and the staff were great! The rooms were really clean and well kept and I enjoyed staying here. I would definitely come again!

Disappointing

Breakfast did have good selection only pancake and waffle no hot items egg like other hotel Wii

Lobby and hall looked well kept. The room was a different story. The grout in the bathroom was black on the edges. Definitely only a one night stay.

Weird hotel, walked in to rap music playing in the lobby. Run down and awful decor. People just roaming around, extremely sketchy area. So glad we got in late and out early. Dry loud heard a baby crying at 12:30am banging doors non stop. Do not stay here.
