The Fontana Hotel

Breakfast was a disappointment. But other than that it was wonderful. They only offered cereal bars or oatmeal. No juice coffee no waffles !!!

The complementary breakfast was completely empty. It was a particularly bad look that the front desk staff were eating bagels and the bagel case was empty. Not much else there. Trashy people talking too loud in the hallways at 3 AM where the walls and doors are paper thin. Overall nasty… don’t do it

Parking lot not big enough for a bus

I booked with this hotel online. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available, and I’d have to stay across the way at another hotel, which was not comparable in quality. It was dark and dated and not at all what I wanted. I can’t really speak abt what The Fontana is like, other than to say I never stayed there because they didn’t honor their commitment to me.

The dining area needs to be cleaned, the microwave was in bad condition

Great staff, clean room. however direction and parking was kinda weird. The breakfast could have been more appealing with a much better verity. The exterior building itself needs a lot of attention and TLC. As well as the floor in and around the breakfast area, lobby, elevator mat was very filthy. The shower had mildew in the corner of the floor. No microwave in the room. Which was such an inconvenience. A little work to be done here!

We had a problem with a bad odor in our initial room but the staff were accommodating and switched us to another room. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping was inconsistent - sometimes they would come in to tidy up the room and sometimes not - so we did have to ask for additional supplies a couple of times. All in all, a decent stay for a reasonable price.

Excellent room condition and very comfortable facilities. My only concern was that hallway carpets and the floor in my room didn't look to be swept or cleaned often.

everything was great!

Came in a little late, but the staff was super sweet and helpful. We walked to our room thru the tiled halls...unique touch. Got to our door which looked like it had been forced open more than once. hmmmmmmmmmmm.... Fitness room in the morning was decent. Got out early so didn't get to take much else in.. but the pictures on Expedia make it look a little cooler than it really is. just being honest. not sure on the relevance of all the statues either. weird flex.

Great staff Quiet and clean Plenty parking

This hotel was hard to find. the GPS took us around the back of the property. Once we arrived we weren't sure if we were even in the right place. The outside of the property made me a little nervous. It was poorly lit without a clearly defined front entrance. The parking lot was in need of repair. We had to be buzzed into the lobby even to enter the building. Once inside the hotel was lovely and the staff were kind. The room was clean and spacious. While it wasn't glamorous it was comfortable. The breakfast included cereals and yogurts, but also had a waffle station. That was more than enough to start our day. The hotel did share that we could walk across the short entrance area to the larger hotel and have breakfast there if we wanted a hot meal. We did have an issue with our door-lock, and we let the clerk know the following morning. Otherwise an uneventful stay at a fair price.

I was amazing the rocker was helpful

Convenient to downtown on the freeway, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance was swift to fix the minor technical issue we had with one of the lighting fixtures.

The room was very dirty, with ants crawing all over the bathroom. The beds were clean, but there was a lot of dust in the room and dirt/grime build up in the shower. I grew up in the country, so I'm pretty used to ants. Didn't really bother me much, but would have wished for a cleaner room. The staff was pretty friendly. Aliyah was very nice and professional. My wife and I had had a lot of disappointment in hospitality throughout the day at other places we'd visited, and talked about how Aliyah had been the best part of our trip so far.

Comfortable beds and room

The room could have been swept better but the beds felt clean. There was loud disturbances but we called different desks and it was taken care of right away. They do offer breakfast but the only hot food they have are waffles. Other than that it's just apples oranges cereal yogurt

It’s better than most I only stay in the ritz and four seasons but this was last minute and it wasn’t trashy or disgusting could be better dusting and wipe down cleaning but staff was nice and place was nice

However the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No milk for cereal and hardly any choices. The door for our room was very finicky with the lock on top wanting to fall off and the door had a lot of dents.
