Clean and comfortable.

Well maintained, up-to-date property. But it was not in a great location and did not feel very safe. The check-in staff was behind a plexiglass shield, which only added to the insecure feeling

the fact that we had a place to stay that was comfortable the location was a bit inconvenient, though I don't blame you for that breakfast was sparce if we wanted hot food

The breakfast was good. How close to the freeway was good Problem with the toilet. The carpet was filthy and made my feet black. The handicap room was not what I was expecting when I booked in advance. The pool was way smaller then the photo and the water looked very dirty

The room was nice and clean! It had very comfy beds! The breakfast was good.

I didn’t appreciate putting down a security deposit as I already had it paid for. Breakfast was a bare minimum.

Clean room and easy location for on and off the highway. We stayed with a Uhaul and everything was safe and secure overnight

The facility was clean. The location is very sketchy.

The stay was ok. The room was clean and nice. Our main complaint was the mattress being so hard. Both of us woke up sore. The noise outside was also really loud.

Hotel looked ok at first glance but the neighborhood was kind of run down. Didn't feel safe staying in this location. No key card required to access the elevator or stairs going to rooms.

No room service or cleaning crew, useless electrical outlets,

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. They will want an extra deposit so be ready.

I was charged a $150 deposit, something that has never happened to me at any hotel before. Ice maker and vending machine on my floor were out of order. Elevator was slooooow.
