Didn’t have enough employees. The ones that were there were trying to fill a lot of shoes but they were very nice

It was a okay place to stay last minute. They breakfast and staff was barely there. We had guest smoking right at the front doors of the hotel. Which was horrible for non smokers when the hotel clearly states that it is a non smoking establishment. I could not tell.

The room it self was fairly clean

I did not enjoy my stay here. I arrived around 10:30pm and I had to call the front desk associates cell phone to get checked in. I did not feel like that interaction was handled professionally, and ther guests were getting frustrated as well. She tooks about 8 minutes to come down and check us in. If that was the only issue i would move past it, but we had a bad experience the following day. Someone triggered the fire alarm at some point that morning and it disabled the elevators. We overheard at breakfast that the front desk associate had called the fire department to NOT come to the call and unlock the elevators. This is because the hotel didn't want to be on the hook for a $2,000 fine for a false alarm. This concerned me and my partner, for we were on the 4th floor and all of our luggage was still in the room. Later we saw an elderly disabled man and his wife dragging their heavy luggage down the steps, clearly struggling. We offered to help but he politely declined. We saw them get to their car, the poor man was drenched in sweat. This employees negligence was absolutely unacceptable and i will not be staying here again.

The sleeping room was clean and nice but the lobby and the food and coffee area was nasty. There were people sleeping on the couches in the lobby and there was food and dirt around all the food for breakfast. The coffee was awful. I’ve never been in such a mess.

Elevated did not work, tub was broken, no towels in to, telephones in room didn't work, mold in tub, and paid for breakfast and there was no breakfast available! There is so much more but u get it!

I arrived there around 6pm, there was nobody at the desk but a sign to call the number for assistance to check in. i called, the lady sounded like she just woke up and was slewping in one of the rooms. Around 1am, the floor lamp next to my bed and the airconditioner died. I got up checked outside, other buildings outside and street lights have electricity but my hotel. I checked outside my room, the hallway lights were on, my bathroom light turned on aswell. I tried to go downstairs to say something to the front desk however the elevator wasnt working! I ended up just going back in my room to try to call the desk. Guess what, the phone wasnt working either. (tv/cable has no service either but thats even before the electric went out). That morning before 7am, before i left for work, i walked by the desk but there was nobody. I went back to the hotel around 10am to check out early, and again there was nobody at the desk but the sign to call the number, the same lady came and asked my why im checking out early, so i explained and she told me it wasnt their fault that the electric went out and it wasnt just them who didnt have electic, said it was the City. (Liar!) i ended up getting charged me for 2 days, Hotel is unsafe and dirty. Pool is green and has algae in it. Found 2 empty bottles of liquior behind the small couch

Room was very nice. Ice machine was broken

TV didn't work

I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned then switched to a different room where tv didn’t work! No password given to connect to the tv! Toilet was clogged! The room I was switched to was clean far as the bedding and having clean towels. Got back to the room the towels weren’t replaced! None of my concerns were addressed other than switching rooms! Really disturbing for the money I paid!

Breakfast was alright, not a variety of real food, just a bunch of processed sugars.

Hardly ever anyone at desk, Elevators worked poorly. Hallways stained and dirty. Room service was obsolete. Property outside overgrown and neglected

I enjoyed my stay. We got in super late and had to call a number at the desk to get someone to check us in. It only took a few minutes for someone to show up. Room was clean and everything worked that we tried. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, eggs, bacon, juice and coffee. Only downside was you're required to eat in the breakfast area. As someone who likes to feed my family in our room this was disappointing and we had to take turns while eating, so someone could stay with kids in room. At check out again no one was at desk and you had to call a number for someone to come. It only took a few minutes though.

It was clean. The check in person was not there when I arrived. They provided a phone number to call which was in area code 963. I don't know if this number is out of the country or if it's in the Indiana area code. I hope I won't be charged for some out of the country number. I always ask for a room on the first floor, but they always want to put me on another floor. The bed was too high for a short person and the mattress was uncomfortable. They never have a chair at the desk in the room. The microwave did not work. I wasn't able to open the door when my food was done cooking. I had to unplug it in order to get the door open. The walls had been plastered at one time and it looked like an amateur did it. The toilet paper holder was broken. The toilet seat was loose. The breakfast was lackluster.
