4rooms in total were booked every room had a issue . My presidential suite had no air conditioning in bed room had to move to another room were the toilet didn’t work. 2 of the other rooms had nasty soap scum over shower heads and other room had issues with the TV working , no sound . Staff was helpful but not with a refund.

Comfortable and clean nice pool. Great location Nothing

Very helpful and attentive breakfast server. Would be nice if it opened at 6:30 instead of 7 though. Very slow elevator.

If you stay in the suites on the pullout couch, be prepared for the freeway noise all night. Earplugs really help this, it’s just inconvenient. Also in the smaller rooms the ac is great and cools the room down in a hurry, however is extremely loud.

The hotel has been updating the facilities and is well maintained. There is food available on the premises with a nice little bar area. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The paint was pealing in the bath room. The carpet looked dingy. Staff wasn't very helpful. The breakfast was $16.00. I could have eaten free at other hotels.

Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. Service was so bad, and we ended up needing to go to a fast food restaurant to get food. It was a miserable experience. The hotel is under construction, but that shouldn’t affect the delays we experienced.

The room was recently renovated and clean. The location was rough. Parking was terrible. And being in a room in the far tower of the hotel and having to constantly walk through a conference was awkward.

The room we were in was great. A family member was in a different tower and it was confusing to get to his room. We noticed that the pool area is not well maintained. The floor was pretty gnarly.

Server Kelly was a 10. Needs a little repair work. First room we were in sliding bathroom door came off the roller. Next room, handle on bathroom door loose and toilet paper holder loose.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly. We had trouble getting into our room every time we left and tried to come back. Our keys would not work, we had to go down to the desk and have them reprogramed each time. It was very frustrating and nothing was done to try and look at it to fix it. We had 2 rooms and both had this issue. I know it happens occasionally at most hotels, but having to do it every time was not acceptable.

Price, cleanliness

Room was clean, workout area was nice.

Great staff. Easy check-in and access to everything hotel was very nice! Room wasn’t bad, bathroom kind of small for price but overall 8/10 experience.

Dirty, outlet didn’t work

Cleanliness. Front desk staff were rude. They were obviously not prepared for when Morgan Wallen was in town. I had got approved for early check in in January for a 3pm check in but then they would not honor it because they were not prepared. Then everyone that wanted to go to the concert is in line to check in at 4. I waited over an hour in line to check in. They should have focused on getting people in line checked in instead of answering the phones. Many people were late for the concert. And some people still did not have a room available after waiting in line for so long.
