Nothing Old, the staff is terribly trained, didn’t even know anything about the property, plus the Marriott Bonvoy helpline could not resolve my membership issue. Your business is on the downturn.

They charged for parking where else am I going to park. they charge for breakfast that was going sour Was told by security to park somewhere else, even though I paid for parking and a parking pass to park there because I was on a motorcycle they wanted me to park in the back where there’s no cameras

I like stay there, but everytime I visited something is always wrong. As far cleaniness of rooms, refrigerator not working, or cards cant get in the room. Also, all the room aren't upkept. Have to asked for upgrade room. But, hotel is conveniently around my family homes when I visits often.

The room was clean, but took us a while to figure out how to turn on the lights. The hallways were too dim and the area by elevators by our room was way too dark for my comfort

Checking was a delay no fault to the staff computers were down. Staff quickly got back to working. Breakfast staffs was wonderful especially Ben who made sure we had everything we needed kept my coffee cup full The turkey sausage wasn't good hard and dry try turkey patties

Clean Modern Room Being told to park in the back parking lot - but we went out and came back late - there is zero access on the backside of the building since yall "lock" the doors. Then having a security guy be a dick about coming to open it since I wasn't going to drive all around. Like - he literally took each sign down on each door - showed it to me - twice - before opening the door. What the hell is the point of security in the car in the parking lot - if the entire backside of the building is locked completely. Ffs - we're adults here - give us a key cars access door in the back main parking lot. I wouldn't stay here again bc of that security guard experience.

Everything is as expected.

Hotel is 5 star otherwise.

The staff checking us in was amazing!

The staff checked me in and sent me to a room that was already occupied. I walked in with my key card to a room someone else has already been assigned too and their belongings were in there. The staff laughed it off. The new downgraded room they sent us too had already open and drank water bottle left for us and blood splatters on the comforter.

Everything was clean, the layout was just a bit complicated

Never fixed toilet issues in suite. Shower water temperature never passed luke warm. Staff never followed up on issues

A bit of a walk to get around the property. but overall a nice facility, with an excellent restaurant.
