Blood on the walls I ask for cleaning no one ever came I had to clean myself I was told cleaning after check out and no one came then I booked for two rooms today and was told I had to leave

N/a The staff was not the friendliest. The room was not clean. The drawers were full of crumbs. There was a lot of noise outside.

Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.

I took a chance saw bad reviews and it was the opposite. There was no coffee but it cool.

Canceled my reservation. Woman at front desk was rude. Haven't received my money . No need to show photos we didn't stay at this facility. Please refund my money. Everything

The clerk came out very disrespectful in talking crazy and I already paid for my room alone he had before my ID in my card I said you don't need my ID my card because all you need is an itinerary number cuz I've already paid for the room so I stayed the same hotel last week we want to do one and I did have to pay a f****** deposit so being him going back and forth I said I got $6 cash that's what I want to take no money off my car no more I don't see why I got the cash I don't have to use my card so and see as I give him the card my account card and my ID he mumbles up the depression calls me a broke ass n*****

Property really run down. Needs to be updated. Service was terrible. There is no maid service. Room floors were dirty and worn out. The TV did not work. The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. The room was cold even though the temperature was set at 77. The communication of the staff was poor. Apparently, their friends wrote good reviews to make it sound like a decent place. The owners need to put money to update. Everything was low quality.

Location was away from the city but not too far. No clean towels or room clesning

N/a Tv had some technical issues and did not show the full screen so we could not see the score during the NCAA final 4 games.

Easy to find Facility was very old. Pictures were deceptive. Ben was good. Bed was comfortable. Flooring peeling. Toilet was not fastened down to the ground very well, so it rocked when you sat on it. there were cockroaches running in my room. On checkout, the mail representative of the hotel refused to refund my deposit and was incredibly rude when I told him about the cockroaches and stuff.

Very quiet, nice staff. Only stayed one night and it served its purpose rooms look just like the pictures very satisfied we will book here again on our next trip to Indianapolis. Everything was great

The staff was ok but said I couldn't get a room on first floor as I have a hard time making steps as im 73 with health problems Room was clean and well lit parking lot
