Comfort Inn Indianapolis South I-65

The hotel room and bathroom were acceptionally clean. We liked the breakfast. One morning the breakfast attendant noticed I was in line to get some eggs. They ran out and she came up to me and said " I noticed you were waiting for eggs before they ran out." She said "there were more in the kitchen she could bring out, so sweet of her. What a nice breakfast attendant. While we were un Indianapolis we went to the Children's Museum. After visiting the Museum our daughter asked if we could go back sometime. If we ever come back to the Indianapolis Children's Museum we will definitely be staying at Comfort Inn 65. Thanks for making our stay outstanding.

The pool was clean and the light fixtures in the pool were very poor All in all, the courtesy of staff was very friendly You get what you pay for and this was okay for what it was worth. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Neither of the vending machines for snacks or beverages was working. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of selections from cereal, yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, tea and coffee.

It was good for a one night stay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

This hotel SMELLED HORRIBLE. The air conditioner in our room was broken which made our stay miserable in 90 degree weather. We had to ask for bath towels because we were only given 2 towels for 3 people. We had zero extra toilet paper so had to go to the front desk for more. The breakfast food was stale. The food in the vending machine was expired.

The staff was nice

The A/C unit was running but was not working. the front desk came down to the room because the TV was also not working, Was refreshing we were told but it was the same every time and they didn't try to fix it. And he came in and looked at the t-stat and said it was set right. When we got into the room it was 78 and I was working to set it at 72 but by morning it was 77. Not sure I would stay at a Comfot in again if this is how they are run.

Building is an older building, but the up keep is very good. Parking lot could use a little work and the breakfast was sub par. Had trouble with finding a Channel we wanted on the tv. We went to the guide and couldn’t find NBC. Then went up and down and found it. Not listed in the guide. The staff was good and the facilities were very clean.

Not worth $350 a night. Old and run down property. Furniture old and scratch/damaged

The bathroom was clean. The bed was ok. Not good for a long stay. The TV had to scan every time it was turned on. It took at least 5 to 10 minutes to scam for channels. The overall stay was average.

This property looks newly remodeled. Everything was great. Beds were not hard as a rock like most hotels. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay.

This hotel needs some work. The baseboard in our room was falling away from the wall for about 4 feet next to the bed, the apparatus to hold the TV was still on the wall but the TV was on the table, the closet had no rod or hangers just a lot of spackle where some of that used to be. The furniture has seen better decades. Night staff was friendly and efficient.

The bed was comfortable and the room had both a microwave and refrigerator. The water took a long time to drain out the tub, so that’s poor plumbing. The sheets looked really worn.

Staff are friendly, no problem on parking space cos it’s not a lot of people checking in. Facility itself is not clean, smells weed ever corner of that place, the room we stayed smells smoke despite it days non smoking room. Breakfast I don’t know, I didn’t like it, not really big on breakfast but I hope this facility improves the way they clean the property! Not to happy for my stay, I would not stay if it’s refundable.

The hotel is older; so a a little worn down. The lobby and rooms were very clean. I requested to be moved to a different room. We were on the first floor and the window did not lock and there were 3 medal bars sticking about 6 inches outside the bed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and wrote down the problem and sent someone to look at the room. The breakfast was OK.
