It was a quick and easy check in. The staff were very sweet and kind. The price was also very nice and do-able compared to other places. I wish the breakfast was bigger and the weekly rates were cheaper!

Nssa, the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing. I came to the hotel at 2 am due to the other hotel I stayed at was dirty and had bugs. Nssa was sweet, kind and very willing to help me. I started crying because I was so upset and overwhelmed and he stopped and listened to me. That let me know I was int he right place. I am so thankful for Nssa and I hope he gets treated well. He was my hero that night and he made me feel safe. Thank you Nssa. When traveling to Indiana, I will definitely go back to Super 8. I didn't stay the second night which Is the night I booked through Booking.,com. I had to leave due to a family emergency. I let the front desk know. I have been trying to get a refund from booking.com. But it has been impossible to get hold of someone. Please advise.

My room didn't have no cable TV allowed all the time got stuck in a room locked wouldn't open

Cable TV nothing no cable TV all kinds of noise all night but other than that that's it

Nothing The staff were the worst people I’ve ever been around. They are all related and the technology is so outdated nothing works properly.

Worst hotel stay ever!! Staff was rude and unwilling to help. No remote to tv, hole in bathroom wall,

The room was very dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were cockroaches everywhere in the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room clearly needs better cleaning and pest control. I would not recommend this place.

I like the quietness it makes me feel comfortable I dial that back door need to get fix should be able to use card I feel unsafe about that

What I like is difficult... perhaps the price point and the location. Everything could have been better...Everything SHOULD be better! The hotel smelled. The room was trash. The room had exposed wire running from the ceiling to the AC unit; there were paint patches in completely different colors; I was afraid to use the shower due to all of the fixtures hanging on by a thread; TV was leaning against a lamp bc it didn't have a stand; lamp fixtures were stained; exposed metal rods sticking out from the side of the bed; the bathroom door had a punch hole in with peeling paint along the door frame; the entry door to the room was not sealed- light was shining in from all sides of the door. The hotel parking lot is poorly lit and did not feel safe whatsoever.

I have never seen like that motel. Poor service. I smell the smoke in the room.

There's not much positive I can say about this hotel. I didn't sleep there my last night because of the roaches and unclean conditions. Everything was dirty including the bathroom floor ,sink shower and toilet. If you don't Believe any other review please Believe this one. Don't stay there. I'll never go back.

The coffee wasn’t terrible Everything, but especially that there’s no elevator. Also didn’t appreciate booking a king room and not getting what I booked and had to settle with a different room.

Staff was great, but the $100 deposit wasn't. There was some mold in the ceiling and water distortion that was covered up. It was good cheap hotel to stay for the night, but would have been better if better fixed up.
