Staff was great, but the $100 deposit wasn't. There was some mold in the ceiling and water distortion that was covered up. It was good cheap hotel to stay for the night, but would have been better if better fixed up.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Hotel in all my travels
-
Nothing at all ! Roaches ! Room wasn’t clean and they didn’t refund me I didn’t even stay 5 mins !
-
Staff was polite The hallway to the room was dingy, the pool looked disgusting and was closed, there was no breakfast as promoted when booking
-
The room was fine, bathroom was clean and things functioned as they should. I was offered a late check out but then received a message saying that check out was 11am. as we were finishing up packing and getting ready, we received a knock on the door at 10:47 stating it was housekeeping. It wasn't even 11 yet. We were in the process of getting out but it did make me feel unnecessarily rushed.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The room itself was okay, but there was no remote control for the TV, the microwave didn’t work, and there weren’t enough blankets. Overall, the stay was average. I would say you get what you pay for.

Very affordable. A twenty minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. The property is a bit run down (the pool looks like it hasn't been used in quite some time). The family that runs the place is very friendly. The Five Star Indian Restaurant right next door was very good!

Check in and check out we’re very easy. Room was older and run down. Cosmetically I don’t mind, but the shower rod was falling off the wall. The carpet had missing pieces, and breakfast was very basic. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly.

Good customer service Had to wait a day to get cash deposit

Property needs a little fixing up, but is still a good value.

Nothing The staff were very rude and not friendly and kept tacking on added fees every stay even after we informed them that booking did not mention these fees.

The Indian woman helping at the front desk was incredibly sweet and very helpful. I never got the chance to ask for her name, but I am so happy with her customer service. That is the only reason that the hotel deserves a star. The sink water got very hot, but the shower water was ice cold, so we never took a shower. There were leaks in the roof as you walk in. In order for room service to come to your room and clean, you have to leave your door open a crack so that they can come in. That is a very uncomfortable feeling as anyone could walk in at anytime while you are not there. There was no way to contact the front desk for any questions. I emailed, called, messaged through the Booking app and never got any responses.

Sink was broken and had no water in pool. I asked for towels and never got it the first time. Asked again and they said they would bring it in 15mins and still had to go get it myself from a cart. But you get what you paid for

Nothing Everything is good

It was an interesting location, nearing a residential area, but a bit of an unsavory local of people. Wasn’t disturbed at night be other guest as it was a busy weekend in Indianapolis.
