Comfort Inn Indianapolis South

Breakfast had many options to choose from--both hot and cold items. It was a restful place to stay after a long day of traveling.

The room and common area were fine.

The rooms need to be better maintained. Only one outlet between each bed for charging of phones/watches, etc. Really needs to be updated or refreshed.

I will never stay there again!

Did not care about the smoking around the swimming pool.

A/C didn't work in the room. Hotel is old and smells like marijuana. Won't book again.

Room was ok, there was 1 dead roach in room at arrival, and the room had an odor, possibly bug treatment. Desk offered change of room, we took some air freshener and ran the A/C. Ok after that, AC struggled to cool the room, got there eventually. Breakfast ok

The room was so clean. We checked in right as the room had become available and the towels were still warm from the dryer! The girl and gentleman at the front desk were so professional and helpful! The pool area is so nice, with a lot of places to sit and enjoy. There are a lot of mature trees and picnic tables to sit at as well. The bed and pillows were very clean, comfortable, and high quality. Eventhough the hotel is a bit older, they do a great job on hospitality and cleanliness. The property is very safe and inviting. They have a lot of snacks and beverages to purchase and the breakfast was basic, but still good when you need something quick. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

It was loud at night. The breakfast was terrible. Rey outdated and needs renovations.

Hotel was ok. Old but most of the staff was great!

Air Conditioner in the room was not working. Hotel was fully booked and could not get another room. Bathroom door would not shut. Ice maker on our floor was not working. Hotel did not offer anything for these inconveniences. Complementary breakfast was fine. Overall will not stay at another Comfort Inn again.

Room was terrible! Mold on ceiling in bathroom, window cracked and could not see out off, outlet was hanging out of the wall and the door was somewhat painted if that is what you called it. And for $180! I felt like it was a trap house!

Room needed repairs. Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean. Some functional issues with water inside the hotel and outside with the pool but we're resolved immediately. Room maintenance needs improvement but an overall good property at a reasonable price.

No issues with this property except it’s a little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was helpful, room was fine and breakfast was good. Would stay again.
