Exceed Inn Indianapolis Airport South

They charged a $100 deposit and it wasn’t disclosed when I booked the stay. I could say more, but I rather not.

Propiedad sucia olvidada olor terrible no lo recomiendo

Booked online- needed a place to sleep that was cheap. No one was there to even check me into my room never even saw the room but I didn’t buy insurance so I lost out on $60 do not recommend

.

Nothing Clean the rooms

AC and mini-fridge worked fine. Good water pressure. I was looking for a low budget option near my destinations and this place was exactly what I needed. There was a tv in the room but no way to use it. There was a gap underneath the door big enough for a small animal to fit through. Shower knob fixture was not attached to the wall. It worked fine, just not secured properly.

Clear

Is not a good thing to sleep

Bien

Everything. This place needs to be shut down by the law. A disgusting filthy stinking carpet that is ripped and NEVER cleaned, roaming cockroaches; not even toilet paper. The front-desk guy tried to con me into giving him $100 deposit!

Clean

Clean room

No hot water the entire 3 day stay. Couldn't flush toilet third day due to no water supply to toilet. No toilet paper first night.

Like a crime scene and a very dirty bed, I had to go out to sleep in the car.

NOTHING This property is dirty, ran down and very unsafe for anyone to stay with the clientele that is within the property. I witnessed an individual in the dumpster. I did not stay at this property after arriving due to feeling unsafe and the state of the whole property.

The front door had a great pass code to get into the room but the door itself had at least an inch of no seal top and bottom, bathtub was disgusting,I killed at least 1 bug and found 2 screws and a nail (from a nail gun) on the floor, smoke detector was not there. When asked about the advertised pool I was told the owner refuses to open it due to unknown reasons. When I went to check put there was nobody in the lobby and nobody answered the phone when I called several times. I left a msg at 530am as I had a flight to catch. I do not recommend this hotel the only good thing about it was the couple of staff I spoke to. I honestly feel bad for them having to work there!

No breakfast, room had cigarette butts in the toilet, dirty floors, we refused to stay, another room was offered and accepted but still horrible, skimpy toilet paper, no Kleenex, tv didn’t work and neither did the lamps, no WiFi password provided. This location should not be used on booking.com Nothing was acceptable but we made the best of a bad situation, this property should not be on booking.com

What i would like is a $ 75.00 to $ 100.00 refund from booking.com Toilet wouldn't flush , ice machine never worked , TV wouldn't stay connected to network , when it did connect it only stayed on a couple of hours , over 3 days people were in the room for hours trying to get TV to work , when it was working there were lines running thru the picture , hookers knocking on the door at 2am , when checking out the madame of the hookers charged ME $ 15.00 for a washrag she claimed was missing , which it wasn't , as I'm giving her a bad time about it her pimp showed up and got in MY face and said i needed to leave , i should have called the police , stay away from this place , it's not SAFE , the only thing working there is the hookers , booking.com should remove them from their network

Do not rent a room here. Everything is run down and they had to find me 3 different rooms without someone's stuff already in it.

nothing i was only there to change clothes it had hot water, and it was a place to change
