Bad

Very dirty hotel. I expect for $89 at least a clean hotel. Very large obvious stains on hallway carpet and in room . Tub and caulk looked dirty and cracked. It was more like a motel 6 in a bad area. Parking lot had people screaming at 6am. It’s next to a truck rest area. On way back we stayed at the Wyndham Belmont in Plainfield for same price and an amazing hotel much more like a $160 hotel.

A bed to sleep on. I hate making bad reviews but let me tell you this was one of the worst places I have stayed. Starting with we had three different keys that didn't work for our door when they finally got that situated then we walked into our room and it smelt horrible of mold and maybe even a dead animal! There was mold on the ceiling mysterious stains on the beds and hair in the sink and bathtub probably where they haven't cleaned them! The fridge was hot and turned off with mold inside. the carpets in the room was sticky had to wear my shoes the whole time. In the morning we had little to no food for breakfast mole on the bread and stail cereal no milk and no waffle batter when we asked they said it was out. I have stayed at a different Quality inn and haven't had a problem but this one was bad .

The breakfast was a nice amenity. The staff was polite, respectful and did their best to be helpful. The television would not turn on for my first night stay. The front desk tried moving me to three different rooms. Each room was worse than the one before due to smell and disheveled scenarios. I ended up staying in the original room without a working television. I reported it to the manager in the morning. Upon my return, the television was on. Now, the television would not turn off! The ice machine was also out of order.

Stayed here many times. Not bad for the price

The hotel carpeting was filthy. That was the first clue of what we were talking into. The entire interior reeked of marijuana. The room was filthy but the beds at least were clean. There were holes in the wall behind the toilet and near the A/C and we saw 1 cockroach in the bathroom during our stay, probably from said hole. The tub was filthy and would not drain. We let the front desk know on day 2 and nothing was done about it for the duration of our stay. We felt so skeezed out we left a day early to go home.
