Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Airport

it was a very clean room and i slept well for what little time i had available.

My stay was great. My only problem is the pillows. I would say get firmer pillows instead of using all of them just to get comfortable.

This was well situated to the airport and the rooms very comfortable. A great place to stay.

Everything looked nice and our room was clean The AC was spotty, the mini fridge didn’t work, tv channels sucked.

It's a great locations for everything. Staff is friendly. Very clean. Nice swimming areas and patio.

New property quietly clean great location

I didn't like that upon my arrival, I checked in and went up to enter my room. The safety lock on the inside of the door was locked and I could not get into my room, and assumed someone else was staying in it or it somehow was accidentally locked from the inside. So, I go back to the front desk, and the employee at the front desk was gaslighting and assuming I just didn't push the door in far enough "because there's no way that there is someone in that room" and it "seems weird because that I know nobody is in there". When in reality, it was locked from the inside with no way I could possibly get it. He made it seem like I just wanted to get a better room - because when he handed me my new room card, he said "hope this one is better for you!" - making it sound like I was trying to get a better room, which was not the case - it was a matter of being able to get into the room in the first place! Very rude and not customer oriented. I don't write these reviews a lot, but after a long 15 hr day of work and travel, the last thing I want to be is blamed for the room door being LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE!!

Pretty much a fantastic stay. Not the least expensive or in any way fancy, but clean and comfortable. Nice staff, too.

I liked that it was near the airport and that someone was there to greet me right away when I got in at 3am. The lobby was great for working, quiet and well lit. I can think of nothing right now.

The restaurant was great...ate dinner and breakfast there. Airport shuttle was on time going to airport but a little slow coming to pick us up on our return. Great location for airport.

Having the bar and restaurant in close proximity to the front desk is a plus.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms are dated and could use a renovation to modernize them.

The place sucked Peter didn't work. Was broke. Laying on the floor switch rooms three times to get a room with the heat would not reimburse me any any. Ended up in a smaller room Rude

Our room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly. Overall a very nice experience.
