Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport by IHG

The business center printers were all offline.

They did not clean my room the day before i left. Their website says breakfast included but when you go in they charge you a fee . Also they dont provide extra beds so it doesnt matter what the website says, if you travel with children, prepare to sleep on the floor. Unfriendly staff, hair dryer has NEVER been clean, dirty bath-tab. The only think OK was the ride to and from the airport- I would change both receptionist, day and evening.

Hotel itself was very nice. The staff at check in were very helpful and nice but when returning from the airport we had to wait 90 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. When I called the second time for pickup they told me the shuttle driver didn't receive communication to get us and it would be another 30 minutes. Very frustrating.

Great pool and large rooms!

Rooms are clean and quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk attendant that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and had an early morning flight so didn't experience the restaurant or amenities, but everything looked nice and well maintained. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the airport. There is also a nice outdoor shopping area with restaurants about 10 minutes away.

For some reason the temp and the hallways was extremely hot. We didn’t sleep well being it was so hot in the rooms. Temp on thermostat said 65 but it was more like 72 according to our digital thermometer. Just won’t be back.

It was clean, they were helpful.Overall it was a really pleasant stay. I loved the help with the airport shuttle.

I am an IHG member for more than 20 yrs and this trip to IND was for business and so I didn’t book the hotel via IHG app, instead I booked a package including flight, car and hotel. I was arriving at the hotel around 140pm, not sure they allow me to check in or not. So I approached the front desk with my IHG membership number and told the clerk that I didn’t book via IHG but would like to take advantage of the benefits of “Plantium Elite”. The lady graciously accepted my request and let me check in right away. The room is clean and everything as expected for an IHG hotel, with one minor defect, the sheet had a black spot, some dirts. Other than that, it’s great stay, definitely better experience than I had with Crown Plaza last year in CLE.

Room was very nice and was grateful for the walk-in shower. Sink was clogged and front desk was notified of this for it to be taken care of. Someone must have gotten sick. I was too tired for them to come up that night to fix it. Otherwise room and front desk were great and helpful. Had to leave too early so missed breakfast.

I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and great customer service! The gentleman made sure every question was answered and provided services without me even requesting it! Would highly recommend!

Some minor hiccups like toilet in lobby was dirty and the water cooler in gym did not have cups. However, everything else was clean and nice.

Great place very awesome

Someone knocked and immediately opened our door at 7:30 in the morning. Luckily, we had the door stopper opened so they couldn’t get in. I went to the front desk and they said they had no idea who it would have been since house keeping wasn’t in yet. That is a big problem.

The staff was very kind and attentive.
