Hollywood Park Motel

The place is physically run down. Towels had holes in them. Sheets were stained.

Risky neighborhood in evening. People (residents too) looked at us like they were sizing us up. Room was close to the street and very noisy with ambulances going by frequently. Big gap under the door. Being older, were too fearful to stay the 2nd night.

Close to Kia Forum stadium.

The location. It is across the street from The Forum/SoFi Stadium. I went to a concert at The Forum and walked there from the motel. It was perfect. The room was clean, safe (for the area), and the staff/ownership was very nice and accommodating. And the parking is free when you stay there which saves about $50 in parking for an event. Well it's old and a bit run down. It was built in the heyday of the Hollywood Park horse racing track that operated from 1938 to 2013 where SoFi stands now. The fact that it's still there is kind of amazing. But there is cool retro feeling to it for that reason, as well.

Location location location! If you are going to Forum for a show and you just need a place to crash.. no frills, just a clean, updated basic room; this is THE PLACE! 5 minute walk + 24 hour 7-11 literally next store! Plus it was quiet inside the room! It’s a basic, clean room!

Very close to the Kia Forum. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. There's a really good taco place one block away. There was constant police and ambulance sirens all night from the main road.

Lot of traffic noise but what can you do. It's Los Angeles. The area is a lot nicer than it used to be.

It had a bit of dust, and there wasn’t an extra lock on the door (which made me feel a bit insecure while sleeping)

Location was great. Walking distance of concert i attended at the Forum. Room had small refrigerator and microwave. Room was clean and comfortable. I forgot my hairdryer. None in room which was no biggie. I wore a hat instead. lol.

Close proximity to Kia Forum Safe parking area NA

The manager was extremely friendly and kind. He went out of his way to assist me on several things. Parking for the concert was available which was a fantastic bonus. I would stay here if attending the local music venues. Do remember it is a small motel room so have appropriate expectations.

I was attending a concert at the forum which is about a 10 minute walk from the motel. The AC needs an upgrade as it would blow cold air on and off.

Great location to get to SoFi and Kia Forum.

The shower was nicely remodeled and AC was good and cold. Parking was a little tight but front staff made it work.

Air freshener for the room

Parking is a little tight, sheets were dirty, but I didn’t mind that I bring my own bedding anyway.

It is a 2 min walk to sofi stadium , right next to 7/11. The staff was very very accommodating, always making sure we were good.

The manager was excellent and helpful with parking.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. My room was clean , everything in the room worked. AC was cold.
