The location to the Sofi stadium Pillow cases were not washed and dirty

Parking is tight.

I rented this room to go to an event the SoFI stadium. It was right across the street and was perfect for what I wanted and the price was great. Close to LAX also so easy/cheap/fast to get to and from LAX. The owner or manager was very nice and constantly asking if everything was ok. It's a little old motel but the room was updated and very clean with big screen flat tv. I could tell the owner take pride in having it clean and nice. It even had sealed toothbrushes and tooth paste if you needed it. You also get a parking space. Due to it's location there is some road noise due to some people that occasionally race down the main road. The A/C unit that you have complete control over works well but is quite loud.

Close to the YouTube Theater. 10 mins walking distance!

The location is perfect for Sofi Stadium events! Also the 7-11 next door is very convenient.. The parking was tight but manageable .

It was perfect for my needs. If you’re seeing a concert at the Kia Forum this is the place for you.

I think this hotel is pretty good especially since like cross walk away from Sofi Stadium if you are attending a concert and owners were pretty nice and made sure that you were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting LA.

Owner was very attentive and quick service. Walk across the street to SOFI . 7-11 next door for late night snack. Room was quiet with doors and windows shut. Room was clean and neat. Parking was limited. Street noise was loud with windows open. Foot traffic seemed to wait near our room and nearby 7-11

Location would've been great. If they'd honored their reservation. Didn't honor reservation. Sent us to a different hotel miles from the stadium with an informal transfer, so we were late to our concert. Terrible bait and switch. They blamed booking.com even though booking is how they get their reservations. They don't have their own reservation system. They shouldn't be listed on this site is they won't honor the system.

I loved the rooms, they were extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly! The exterior however this doesn’t represent the interior as it was nice and seemed newly renovated.

The reception guy was very friendly and the room was very clean. Also, the location is the best! SoFi studying is right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. There is a delicious Mexican food, convenience store behind the building , yogurt land is nearby and many restaurants.

The most positive aspect about this motel is that it is right across Sofi Stadium and walking distance from Kia Forum. The stay included free parking (but was first come first serve, cannot reserve ahead of time). The room was decent and included a fridge and microwave. I also appreciated that they offered early check-in (for a $20 extra fee though). The atmosphere feels kinda sketchy. I felt slightly uneasy and anxious staying here on my own, so I hard time sleeping. The guy at the reception desk was kinda odd. Also, one thing I did not like is that I originally booked for two people but my friend could not make it so it was just me and the motel was unwilling to adjust the price difference (I would of understood if I booked a 2 bed which could of gone to more people but I booked a single bed). The room is pretty compact but understandable since it’s a motel just not worth the price that I had paid. The shower curtain fell while I was showering and I realized it was only staying up by some adhesive and a single strip of duck tape. Also there was a window that was open in the bathroom when I had checked in, I closed it right away but noticed there was no way to lock it, so it was likely someone could open the window from the outside. The bathroom door also does not have a lock. The TV does not respond to the remote control right away, takes several clicks. Lastly, the walls are super thin so you can hear people talking or walking outside. The receptionist had a loud talking voice so I could always hear when he’s talking to someone.

This was the perfect place for a concert at Sofi Stadium. It's a 10 minute walk to the entrance. Perfect for those who want to skip the parking fees for a concert. The owner was very nice and was watching everything. The room was sufficient for our two nights You better know how to parallel park. It's a tight squeeze, but not too bad. The room was mostly clean. I think they forgot to clean underneath the bed. The mattress was comfortable. I think they forgot the add a hair dryer. Overall, it was nice.

Bed was big and comfy. There is an ice machine and I liked that everything was within walking distance. Sofi stadium is literally across the street so walked to the concert and back.

Location is great the staff was very friendly

It was in a great location for why we were there. It had a large clump of hair in the shower which was a real turnoff.

About a 5 minute walk to SoFi Stadium! Went to the game. Very convenient. Not a big deal for me but the room was small. The bed a little more firmer than I like. But overall a great stay.

The property manager was super kind, welcoming and helpful I appreciated his willingness to make sure I and my friend were safe and happy Only the entry to get in since it’s right by a busy road it took a second to be able to enter and parking is small

I was extremely impressed. I was skeptical because it was a motel but the room smelled very clean and the bathroom was gorgeous. I wish I had took photos. I booked the room for a concert at the soft stadium and was about a 10 min walk. I would totally book again. I will say the parking is very tight…built for smaller vehicles. Limited parking but the staff made it work.
