Hotel was great the only downside is the valet prices.

They’re taking advantage of travelers by charging for their parking. I agreed with $150 parking fee but my credit card was charged $177😞

They will charge you $150 to park, even if you are a hotel guest, if there is an event at SOFI. There aren't really any other parking options, so plan for that. This was a surprise to us. The rooms are clean, the hotel is recently renovated. The location is what made us pick the property as we were in town for a concert and you can walk to SOFI. But, if you bring a car, be prepared to be taken advantage of by their price gouging during events. Seems wrong to me, if you are a hotel guest to charge such a ridiculous parking fee. Wouldn't stay here again...

Very close to everything.

Upon arrival the Valet Staff was very friendly. The desk agent wasn’t all that friendly. I was SHOCKED to find that because there was an event at SoFi & possibly Inuit Dome their parking rates were TRIPLED! Just a bit of PRICE GOUGING at its best! Didn’t matter that we were guests. I didn’t book directly with the hotel so I didn’t know about their outrageous parking. The hotel has been recently remodeled and it’s ok. They’re pricey but the location was convenient. Upon check out the front desk staff was very friendly as well as the valet staff again.

The location That I was charged a smoking fee . When I was smoking outside . I wasn’t told I couldn’t smoke outside the facility. No one said anything. No warning just an extra charge.

Location was everything, walking distance from Sofi stadium. Staff was great at all times, they were working at all speed with the rush of the Game Day and stayed kind at all times. Room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable.

Overall room was clean and well ventilated Ac, loud guests and parking was very expensive. Morning receptionists were very polite and helpful, as for night receptionists need more training on guest service. Needs more communication with their guests and acknowledgment of Reservations.
