Small rooms and trouble with parking…

Staff met all requests and the stay was great. Look forward to coming back again.

The housekeeping when did the room , just took the garbage , didn't do the bed , no toilet paper , no tissues , no coffee ,, nothing . So I am paying all this number per night and housekeeping just took the garbage ?? The Valley doesn't bring me the car and I was going out with all my baggage at my checking out , so I need to walk like 300 feet to the other side parking lot with all my baggages . It was a real horrible experience and I would not like to repeat it again

The property was great. You can hear the planes flying in but that is expected since it’s in the flight zone of LAX. The pool was wonderful except for the screaming children. Tom’s watch bar was wonderful and it is in walking distance to Sofi stadium. I will stay there again, I’ll just bring earplugs or use the ones in the night stand lol

The lovely lady that helped to check us in was great and professional. A line was forming when we checked in and she managed to stay calm the whole time. If someone called she asked for permission to take the call or vice versa. Most hotels provide free breakfast but this place seems to charge for everything. Breakfast, bottled water, parking (according to size of car). Most check-in times are 2pm or 3pm but their later check-in time at 4pm didn’t allow for much enjoyment of the extra amenities. ON THE PLUS SIDE: Great location! Walking distance to SoFi, GO CHARGERS! Loved the personal WELCOME on the tv! Room was clean and provided what we needed including a VERY comfortable bed. Would love to know the make of mattress & bedding… it’s that comfortable. LOL The rainfall shower head, overall bathroom & room finishes/decor. The balcony & blackout curtains... The layout of the hotel surrounding the pool with the bar at one end and a restaurant, onsite. You definitely utilized every square footage of the property and still manage to make customers feel comfortable. Would highly recommend but 1 night is not enough to enjoy this location. When we return I’m planning for 2 nights. We don’t getaway often but we appreciate great hospitality. Thank you!

The rooms were nice, staff was friendly and the reason why we stayed here was it was within walking distance to sofi stadium. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back!

The room wasn’t anything spectacular. Was a bit on the smaller side. The AC didn’t work in our room and the staffs solution was 2 box fans. When asking for updates about the AC the staff stopped replying. They replied twice. I informed them and they replied saying they were letting the hotel engineer know the second time they just gave me the run around. And when I asked again they basically left me on read. Overall it was an expensive stay that was not worth the money.

Wish the food and coffee options were a bit more accessible.

Booked this hotel for a concert at the Sofi Stadium and let’s just say this hotel was perfect! From easy and smooth check in, amazing amenities, and quick check out. The patio/pool area was really nice! Our room was absolutely clean and spacious. We had a balcony with the pool view and we couldn’t have gotten a better room. They had dj and we enjoyed the music as we started getting ready for the concert. Also the bar hosted an after concert party with dj. Everyone gathered there and in the pool to enjoy the rest of the night. The Sofi Stadium is about a 15-18 min walk, depending on your entrance to the stadium. Def recommend this hotel and I will definitely be coming back!

Definitely 10/10, I totally recommend staying here. Our stay was pretty smooth from check in to check out. The moment we drove in we felt welcomed. Our room was perfect, very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
