I loved the location of hotel and how close many things were including how calm the area is. The downside is parking and how expensive it is. Parking should be included or given at a more reasonable price. At the time of check out there was a line and over a 10 minute wait for our car due to only one person helping.

Great spot for attending games at Sofi, and staff was great!

One thing to be aware of is the valet parking policy. Expedia showed valet parking at $55, but the hotel informed me that large SUVs and full-size pickup trucks are normally charged $110. Fortunately, when I explained what Expedia had advertised, they honored the $55 rate, which I really appreciated. I recommend confirming the parking rate before you arrive if you're driving a larger vehicle. The only downside was that our original room had a broken air conditioner, and the phone didn't work. We had to move to a different room later that evening, which meant packing up all of our belongings after we had already settled in. It was inconvenient, but the staff was helpful in getting us into another room. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a great location. If the room issues are addressed and the parking policy is made clearer, I would consider staying here again.

Location was fine, but proximity to airport and bad sound isolation meant every plane was very loud. Thin walls and our room was close to the check in counter, where 2 employers were chatting really loudly during their night shift, could not sleep well.

The room was really nice and the hotel location was great with a fun sports bar connected and a nice pool and pool bar area.

Staff were excellent and the pool was wonderful. Don’t drink the double margs at the pool - once you have had one you’ll be in for a long night!

A great option if you’re going to an event at SoFi or Intuit. It’s clean, the staff is awesome, the location is ideal (you can walk!) and it’s also very close to LAX. Would stay there again for sure!

The location can't be beat. It is steps above other accomodations in the area and hopefully the area will catch up.

The overall experience was a breeze. We stayed only 1 night for Ariana Grande and its safe to say this is a great place if youre looking to stay only for one night. I do see myself coming back for future vacations here, as its really close to LAX and Hawthorne Airport.

Staff were helpful and room was clean! Valet parking was really useful as well.
