Very good place to stay 👌

Elevators were down when we got there so a member of the staff helped us carry our bags up the stairs, they even offered to help us cancel our room if the elevator being down was an issue. The elevators were fixed the next day.

Was charged a 50$ incidental fee for no reason at all.

Finding an airport hotel with reasonable parking rates can be difficult, but this one fit the bill. Parking was $15 per night, which was fair, although availability was limited. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for its location near the airport. That said, the hotel sits on a corner near the freeway so traffic noise may be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if we ever need a hotel near LAX.

Very dirty poor service will never used again in future and in the rooms there was bugs all no help at all to rehung

Clean room

The staff was so kind, and the room was clean the shower had adjustable settings and water was hot and pressure great for long hair people! The beds were comfy and I would def stay here again! What a view from the elevator- although very hot inside of it I enjoyed that! Parking garage was a bit over full and only one exit so i had to drive in reverse to get out when it was full. Breakfast better than usual free hotel food.

Breakfast was good. Lots of football fans there at the time but that was ok. Busy intersection the traffic sounds in the room were tolerable pretty good for La I say especially being on the lobby floor Type

Everything was perfect. The staff was great and helpful. Definitely will be returning with family! All that's missing is potatoes to the breakfast line up! Other than that it was A1! KUDOS!

Bedding was obviously not changed, pillows smells. You could see dust bunnies on the side of the fridge. Microwave made weird noise because the glass in it doesn’t really fit. Front desk are not the friendliest, they gave me attitude. We arrived late and there were people just hanging out in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe.

Although, it looks like they did not scrub the toilet. I only noticed when the seat was lifted. Kinda hard to get to especially for Uber and Lyft mainly bc of traffic.

Parking is $15/day. Room had an overpowering potpourri smell. Staff was mostly pleasant except for one front desk person. Not terrible, but would probably try a different hotel if I were in the area again.

Slept great. Clean linen and towels. Breakfast was good and ready on time. Parking was very convenient and safe.

Clean room with a nice comfortable bed, in a convenient location.

Good location, clean but dated, needs maintenance touch ups. Room TV cloudy, floor/carpet transition not connected. Does NOT provide airport shuttle service, do not believe anything different.
