I liked NOTHING of this "hotel", reserved a clean non-smoking room and was given a dirty room with a strong stench of cigarretes, the smell was overpowering. I could not stay there and now I am fighting to get a refund but the owner is a lier/scammer. Lady in front of me complained of a dirty room. Another guest was talking on ph saying "I just got out of prison." Bad neighborhood, hotel looked more like a bad motel. Hotel looked like a bad motel in a bad neighborhood. Requested another non-smoking room and they didnt have one, requested refund but owner is a lier and is not answering email nor phone calls from me or Booking staff. I paid for a non smoking room and did NOT get that. Booking.com should drop business with this place immediately, not reputable!

Large room, close to LA airport, good price. If you are a return guest, you definitely get a free room upgrade offer and other supports from the owner (receive your postal packages days before your arrival, storage, etc.) Nothing

Garbage Dirty and smelly

TV are outdated wasn’t able to watch Anything once arrived, the shower only goes to a lukewarm water but enough to still shower takes times to heat up.

Great location. It had a mini fridge and a microwave, which were extremely useful. The room was exceptionally clean, and the photos don’t do it justice—it looks much better in person. The finishes and decor aren’t the most stylish, but it’s definitely worth it if that isn’t important to you. If you’re looking for a place at a good price, this is a great option. The only downside was that there wasn’t hot water, but I can’t really complain because the water was warm enough for a comfortable shower. The only downside was the lack of hot water.
