Was very close to my event for hard summer, rooms were recently renovated so everything was new. Comfortable and clean. Was a little busy and took a while to check in, but the property did do a partial reimbursement for us because of the long wait.

Newly remodeled. Rooms are very decent sized. Value for the price paid is okay Although the rooms were remolded it still had an old feel to it, but overall we were satisfied with our stay here.

The room was very clean and staff were extremely helpful and nice. The parking is extremely tight but nothing much you can do with limited space.

Convenient 30 minute walk to Sofi Stadium! Staff was friendly, bathroom was clean and spacious, TV had great viewing options such as Netflix & Paramount. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in where the mini fridge is actually cold so I loved that!!!! Not sure if it’s 10/10 clean since some items left by previous guests were left behind (but no bad smells or stains). Blowdryer and iron unfortunately were not provided.

I really appreciated the owner’s wife who was at reception. At the time when we arrived, she was the one working reception. We arrived early and she was able to accommodate us arriving early. We appreciated it after a 10 Hour drive. She was very helpful, endearing, sympathetic, understanding, empathetic and very sweet! Definitely I will be coming back!

We booked this in order to be close to the SoFI stadium which is approx 30 minute walk Room was large and clean and comfortable There were cafes and a few restaurant & bars around the hotel We were also able to walk to the metro for access to public transport - a 20 to 30 minute stroll Housekeeping and cleaning service is provided every third day, but you can request for fresh towels as and when needed The walls in the corridor appear to be recently painted Ample spaces to park one's car The common corridors and staircase could use some cleaning & paint & upgrade

The room smells horrible

I checked in early & the room (#205) wasn't ready. The girl cleaning the room was super nice & was gracious to let me leave my luggage in the room. There was a puddle of water on the foyer and I thought that it was some regular clean up. I left and came back after a couple of hours & the water hadn't dried up. I called her & she mopped up. But later in the evening, I saw the puddle again. Called the front desk. The lady was super nice & she immediately switched me to room#211. Except for the inconvenience of moving my stuff all over again, everything was smooth. There was a heavy cigar stench downstairs, but definitely nothing in the room. A few "elements" were questionable, but who am I to judge? Parking spots are tight, but nothing you cannot work out. Overall, for the money spent, convenience (5 min to LAX airport), I am happy. If I come again to LAX, I will stay here.

Room was very clean. AC was great Exterior is a bit of a fixer upper but doable. TV was kind of limited. Could use smart TVs.

The room had a couple maintenance problems but overall it was a chill room. Lots of stuff in walking distance and at a reasonable price

The room exceeded our expectations and had everything we could need! Fridge fit all our snacks and drinks. Lots of room in the bathroom and outside in sink area. Location was great for staying near the forum and the front desk staff were beyond helpful and sweet.
