The property was clean , however the elevator gave me a terrible experience it got stuck I was very upset and emotional inside ,because I’m afraid of elevators in first place. They got us out but that was so dramatic for me, I would like a complimentary stay free of all charges including free parking the weekend of my choice.and they also need to install soap, shampoo & conditioner in all bathrooms that was also upsetting, being I booked three rooms with you all with at least 6 kids and we had go out buy shower gel, which every hotel I’ve stayed always has those dispenser.

I didn’t like to have to pay for parking if I was a guest at the hotel. The inconvenience of not being able to use the pool.

My brother had legally purchased cannabis in his bag. We were not smoking it in the room, and simply possessing cannabis is legal in California for adults. Rather than resolving the roach problem, the manager guy accused us based solely on the fact that he had it with him, which had nothing to do with the condition of the room. The way management handled our complaint was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel, they attempted to deflect from the real issue. I expected better customer service and accountability. I would not stay here again

Hotel cancelled our reservation without notification so when we arrived at the hotel at 2am we had no room and they would not rebook a from for us until 6am - unacceptable after driving 8 hours. Terrible service.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good parking, quiet, nice staff The crazy check in experience when we weren't allowed to line up in the 15 minutes before check in began and then had to shuffle around with our luggage to allow the people who had been waiting on the couches ahead of us to go in front

It was clean and the maintenance in the housekeepers were really really nice and willing to help me whatever I needed I didn’t like how you charge $20 a night for parking and then your charge this tremendous amount for taxes

Great location if you need to be close to LAX.

The front desk staff Trenya （if I spelled correctly）was so considerate and nice. no shampoo/body wash.

An older property, bur VERY clean. Great location

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was in ok condition, clean but nothing special. Beds were ok, not super comfortable.
