Holiday Inn Los Angeles - LAX Airport by IHG

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels are on thin sides. The amenities were lacking, just the basics of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The shuttle from the airport was slow.

There was only one desk clerk when we arrived and about 20 guests checking in. The line was long and slow! There was another person working but had to answer phones. Then a supervisor passing out water instead of helping reduce the line. We wanted creamer for coffee and no one could find any. The restaurant is nice but extremely expensive so we order Uber Eats which was a disaster. We didn’t get what we ordered and what we did get was cold. We ordered Chilis. The room was nice and cold when we walked in and the tv had great cable. The housekeeping staff was great! We waited 20 minutes for the shuttle at the airport but expected that. I’m not sure if we would book here again.

Staff members very helpful, specially staff member Gullimiro. Perfect for families with little children. Food places and other shops near by. Airport shuttle makes it so much easier for Airport pick up and drop off. Breakfast had large variety of food mix with decent choices for adults and children.

Close to airport! Loved the 24 hour shuttle. Bummer buffet was not complimentary

Perfect stay for our quick trip to LA. Convenient location. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Shuttle to airport was a nice addition.

The concierge, Joe did an excellent job. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was helpful in obtaining a tour guide Mike, who was also excellent. The service at this hotel was memorable and I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Los Angeles. Kudos to a job well done.

Location, location, location. Roomy rooms. EXPENSIVE, for what it is. A HOLIDAY INN.

Superb

The room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent! I loved having a coffee shop, Thai food, and McDonald's so close by. Plus, the bus stop right outside was perfect for traveling back and forth to SoFi Stadium for the BTS concert. The shower head pressure is very weak, and the hot water isn't getting warm enough.

It is an older hotel pretty clean but the hallways and room smelled damp

I enjoyed my short stay. I came for the funeral. I promised myself to come back and make a turn to discover a little LA. It was nice stay. Thanks! N/A
