Husband and I stayed here overnight to ensure we made it on our cruise on time. Amazing staff! Clean rooms. Shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle ran 24 hrs, so we had no worries on our arriving flights late arrival time or early check out to get us back to the airport on time for our Cruise Shuttle. We will definitely be staying here for our next cruise trip!

Breakfast is okay, so is the food (lunch, dinner) but both are overpriced and a 20% mandatory tip is applied to the total which I find a bit off putting.

The staff was great, the room sufficed for our short (layover) stay, and the breakfast was fine. There appeared to be only one airport shuttle bus running which, with all of the traffic at LAX, was slow (we waited for over a half hour to be picked up while multiple shuttle buses for other hotels circled by) and led to crowding on the shuttle. We took a Lyft back to LAX to ensure that we could be able to make our morning flight out.

Bought the breakfast as an add on via Expedia, then it was not honored and had to buy breakfast anyways. Room is old, out of date, shower facet dripped all night. Not a terrible hotel but definitely overpriced. Would go somewhere next time.
