Everything was fine but I found the price a little high We had to wait about 50 min for the shuttle to take us to the airport, although they told me 20 to 25 minutes

The transportation to the hotel that was promised was poor. We waited for the shuttle for over an hour and when it arrived it was carrying more passengers than allowed.

Near to airport, shuttle service not clear so you can get easily confused as there are 3 Hilton hotels nearby and no one cares for explaining this Breakfast low quality for a Hilton hotel in my experience of several Hilton hotels I know

Location was good, close to car rental returns. Shuttle was great to the airport. Small flat pillows. Breakfast for a fee!!! I thought it was covered on my hotel purchase. Expensive for one night for a family of six. Loud traffic noises if on the street facing room. It’s an older hotel.

How clean and nice the place was and how friendly the staff was. What I did not like is that. We had to pay 23.95 for breakfast. I think breakfast should be free. Complimentary breakfast anyways. And especially, we pay $458 for 1 night. We should have had free breakfast with that.

I love the location just minutes from the LAX airport and walking distance to some great places to eat. I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $60 a day for parking, I wish they offered free parking or one reasonable price for parking.

close to the airport The parking fees were very expensive. Breakfast should be complimentary considering the room rates are comparable to those of a four-star hotel. In addition, the hotel charges an extra $13 per day on top of the amount paid upfront.

Location, very close to LAX airport and has a free shuttle bus. Staff was friendly and room clean. Car parking was 55 USD + tax, so quite pricey for one day...
