One of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time we were there. This made it close to impossible to get down from our room or go up to our room in a timely manner. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to go up or down every single time.

Great for one (sleepless) night before your early LAX flight. The security and parking were excellent. Other than that, the beds are thin, the windows are definitely not sound proof, so weigh your options and this will be a great place for a night.

Room was not clean and it smelled I killed two roaches told fromtq desk and they said there’s nothing they can do about it elevator break so it was constant long lines

Clean towels but beds not made?? Could donwith coffee machine in room.

There was absolutely no blankets on the beds had to hunt down housekeeping to get some blankets

They make you pay each day to park. They only clean your room every 3 days. The mattress was lumpy. no clock, no mirowave. no frige. Had a wried smell.

First night I stayed there were small roaches coming out of the wall in the restroom, but I let it go because after all it’s a motel 6. The second night I was woken up at 12:30 at night with water leaking on me in my bed from a leak in the ceiling. It wasn’t a small leak either it was a steady stream of water. And when I asked for partial refund they said they have to bring a third party service to inspect and verify if there are indeed roaches in which I showed video proof of the 5 roaches in the restroom at once. Horrible place to stay.
