Unhelpful people at the front desk. I understand most of us have to stay there because it’s the “least expensive” and closer to the airport. But honestly, I would have probably slept better in the floor of the airport for free.

The rooms were adequate, although there was no maid service for the day of my final night, no clean room, no clean towels. Had to pay $20 per-night foe overnight Parking lot. Insecticide signs placed around the Areas of sod are old, misleading and deceitful, the areas designated for smoking could be closer to the building but away from the front entrance of the building 50' or 75' not 30 to 50 yards, chearful customer service along with a smile would go a long way.

I asked for room cleaning and the lady up front told me we do room cleaning every two days. Well two days pass by no room cleaning very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and laundry room were the best parts but don't bother with the vending area. The 7-Eleven across the street is half the price, it's like buying at the airport

They charge an extra $20 per day to park your car in the parking lot. Even though I had already paid for parking, I woke up to a parking ticket on my car from the security staff. I’m not joking—they literally left a piece of paper on my car that looked just like an actual city parking ticket You use the key card they give you to operate the elevators, unlock your room, and enter and exit the hotel. However, the card stops working almost every day, so you constantly have to wait in line at the front desk to get it fixed. I also witnessed frequent arguments between guests and the staff downstairs, with staff members sometimes yelling back at customers.

Worse experience ever.

Upon arrival 3.00 pm, there was only one member of staff managing check ins, there was a queue out into the parking lot, not a great first impression. Once checked in, the experience was good. The swimming pool a real bonus. Beds were comfortable and the aircon efficient.

The room was clean, the stuff is very helpful. The only concern is during our stay we found 4 cockroaches on the floor next to the sink. Need to do a pest service.

Trenya was very thoughtful and suggested to ask the housing responsible, she’sh the kind of person we’re looking to talk to when we come across problems. The bed was comfortable!! I stayed at the Motel 6 for 4nights, to start with the room service that only happens every three days, which is a bit too much. My portable charger was stolen when the room service cleaned my room. When I was checking out, I talked to Miss Hera just to let the hotel know. However, she was so rude telling me “ you can’t blame anyone since you saw nothing, and we know people who work here..” she spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, making me look a liar. Of course I saw that my portable charger was missing and I know I left it in the room. The audacity to talk to people with disrespect and arrogance.

The room smells and looks clean but minimal amenities…no hair dryer. Not bad at all for an overnight stay.

If you are going to charge a mandatory $20 per night parking fee( no other parking options) than just include it in the room rate instead of falsely attempting to be a cheaper option for rooms in the area. Also put something in your ad and stop surprising your guests upon arrival. After booking you did send an email stating the mandatory parking fee of $16.50 per night is due on arrival and then proceed to just make it $20 for whatever reason. Personally i will never stay here again just because of the deception you prefer to use as your business model. And the front desk help have attitudes.

Clean comfortable safe! Place lockdown like Fort Knox. Nothing close, not convenient.
