The Westin Los Angeles Airport

Near airport, great staff. Excellent restaurant and pool. Need a car if you want to go to sights

Parking fee was extreamly too expensive.

We loved how clean the property was and how helpful the staff was throughout our visit.

The room was clean, the staff were amazing and helpful. This hotel is definitely top 5, I would stay again in the future

I stay here yearly for the Hard Summer Festival at Sofi Stadium. The hotel is always clean and well kept up every time I stay here. As a solid place to stay if you are adventuring around Los Angeles

The facility looks newly renovated. The cleanliness is impeccable. My room was spacious and the king-sized bed was super comfy. But compared to comparable hotels that I have stayed in, the in-room Keurig coffee maker had only enough supplies for 2 small cups of coffee, none of which was decaf. There was lovely scented soap and shampoo, but no shower cap. And the door lock had problems unlocking with the key card, even after I got a new key card. I appreciate the Starbucks on-site, but the service was very slow with only two baristas.

Staff friendly

We were given room 558. It smelled musty and damp. I tried to remedy this with the AC but it didn’t work. The shower head was defective and water was pooling in the tub. I asked for maintenance to come up 2 times- not sure if they did. Very disappointed because Westins are amazing places to stay. Not this one. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and I had a hard time closing a window to sleep because of the noise from the street. Management should close off that room until they address these issues.

I love the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is friendly and so helpful too!

Clean overall

We had to swap rooms due to a water leak and also the WIFI wasn’t free here unless your a convoy member, other than that good stay.

The Mediterranean restaurant is very good not yet a Michelin star but on the way if they continue like this.

One note: while the service at The Daily Grill was 5/5, the food product was overpriced and 2/5 on taste and presentation. I recommend your preferred delivery app. I have stayed at this property several times and the Hotel product and team member engagement is the high quality which I know Marriott works very hard to train and maintain. I will return. Thanks for a great stay.
