Everything is clean convenient staff extra nice
-
The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 was it was dirty at times because it was so busy. Great stay though.
-
Great stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting to stay close to LAX.
-
I just feel like it’s very transactional there. No substance or personal touches.

The hotel was nice! Our room had high ceilings and was super spacious. Amazing customer service, shoutout to Patrick…he gave us a mini comedy show while checking us in lol He was so funny/friendly and he was woking HARD ok. It was a really busy day and the check in line was super long but he was getting 2-3 groups checked at the same time it was so helpful and made the check in process so much quicker. I’d definitely stay here every-time Im in LA for a concert/game.

Self Parking is $74 Restaurant bar is pretty good, try the Iceberg Wedge or the Spicy Chicken and shrimp

This was my second or third time staying at this location, very accessible having your own vehicle makes it that much more central. From walking in check-in was a breeze much better experience than the times before given that it was not as busy, but there was a different attitude about my experience and overall the customer service was above and beyond they even helped me get an escort to my room when I locked myself out. Will definitely be returning here soon.
