Perfect location near LAX, making for easy early morning flight logistics.

Close to sofi and the free shuttle from LAX was great. Room was clean and check-in/out was easy. Drawback was that there was no room service

Hotel was convent location and 24 hour shuttle was a plus

Bad Service, Not Clean and low water pressure. They did not even have bottled water in the room. Motel 6 quality!

Apparently recently updated. Seemed tired in some areas. Must receive a lot of usage. Not up to Westins standards.

Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Bathtubs, no stand alone showers...overpriced.

Dirty elevators walls and railings need to be cleaned more frequently.

Proximity to airport…we checked in, then returned our rental car and walked to two blocks back to hotel. It’s pricey and our shower was out of body wash…so we used their soap bar
