Hampton Inn by Hilton Los Angeles Airport LAX

Great location if flying into/out of LAX due to their free shuttle. Clean, good breakfast.

The hotel was ok during our stay. The room seemed like it wasn't cleaned and had an odor. We asked for a tissue box but never came and had to request more than once a room clean. The highlight was the breakfast, super yummy and very kind breakfast staff.

I couldn’t find the ice machine on my floor, 2nd floor and when I tried to call no answer but I know they were busy checking in other guest. we walked in rather late from a concert and the person at the front desk did not even look up to greet us. I feel that could be a security issue for her & guest. They need to pay attention to who’s coming.

Clean, helpful staff. 24 hour airport shuttle. Hot breakfast included. Easy freeway access. Plus, there was a Costco approximately 2 miles away. Early morning gas run close to the freeway. Easy stay. Actually, everything went well. There were no drawbacks fir us.

Everything about this place was good, except parking. There are not enough parking spaces for all the guests. We were told to park on the street because there were no more spaces on the property. If you are going to stay here, make sure you come early enough to get a parking spot.

The parking was awful because there wasn't enough and I'm handicapped and I had to walk up the street.

Parking is really limited we had to park at the alley because there was no spots at the property.

Never go to this Hampton . It wasn’t clean when I got into my room and there was hair in the bathroom in the shower and in the sink. They clearly don’t clean as they should . The walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking on the floor at any moment.

They sold my room after 12am on a busy weekend at airport location and found 0 alternative. Out family had to look for different hotel and stayed at Marriott hotels that night.
