Clean room - so, so!

Staff was very accommodating. The grounds of the property are well kept. Inside, the property is old. Pool is nice. Overral I recommend. Good value for the money. Spacious room.

Cute place.

She agreed it was loud as we walked across the parking lot, you could hear it that far away! She proceeded to take it apart and call the owners/manager. They came to the room and immediately offered me a different room so they could work on the broken A/C. This was great and quite acceptable. My complaint is, I wasted nearly 2 hours of my stay waiting to have this solved. It seems as though the first staff member was not addressing the problem and hoping I wouldn’t press the issue. It was too hot to not have the a/c. I was more than happy to check out with a refund. She did not want me to do this and that’s when I finally got help from the great next staff member. Too much time wasted for a problem that should’ve been solved immediately. I wish the second staff member was available at first!

Great stay

The property was clean, had a well maintained exterior, and is in a great location for all the local attractions and restaurants. However, the rooms are in great need of updating.

Started for a quick trip to Story Land and it was perfect for a quick getaway!

Beautiful, well maintained property. Easy drive to all North Conway attractions..Very clean rooms, very comfortable beds.Liked it so much I booked for 3 more nights in October!!!!!

Clean room’

The room was great size with a hot tub and all the amenities, however the floors were a little dirty, but over all I really liked my stay, the Wi-Fi was also ok but kept going down and was a little hard to get connected, I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend couples who want a relaxing night stay in the white mountains.

A cute cottage feel to the outside of our room and appreciated the balcony to sit on.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms were small and out of dated yet VERY clean. The outside was lovely to look at. The inside was not updated and you could tell needed some work. Breakfast was very good. Eggs were wonderful!

This is our favorite place to stay in the Conway/ North Conway area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This year a few of their balcony chairs were unusable, but they were collecting them for repair or replacement as we were leaving. Overall my wife and I love Swiss chalet!
