Perry's Motel and Cottages

Amazing spot if you have kids. Two parks and a swimming pool. The owner is incredibly nice, He is always working hard on something. Every time we go there is something new.

We’ve been there as a family and spent one night. The stay was relaxing and peaceful, most importantly.

This place never disappoints. I’ve been here 5-6 times over the last few years and everything is always excellent. I stayed in a cabin. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The owners are also very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful time at Perry’s! We got a cabin, and between the pool, fire pit, grills, and playgrounds, we had a wonderful time. If you have small children, this is the place to stay. Very close to downtown, and so much to do. Storyland is nearby, as well as many other kid friendly destinations. Not a single complaint, and we will be making Perry’s a summer tradition.

The vintage feel was on point! Great location and extremely clean! Comfortable beds!

The rooms were Immaculate with great mattresses. We were just sleeping there and heading out during the day. It was perfect for our needs.

I like everything about it. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. The shower was perfect. They had so much for us to do in regard to activities , playground and pool. The staff were so nice and accommodating. And we had an amazing view from our cottage front porch. The only problem were some ants inside the cottage.

Very child friendly

I chose this place because it was very close to Storyland, it has a pool and a playground. It was early in the season, so they were in the process of opening for the summer.

Location is fantastic. Cottage was very clean. Horrendously overpriced even for a holiday weekend for the type of cottage we received. ($300+\night). Very outdated and small. Even the grounds were filled with old toys or yard games, many broken and not enough attention to details.

Grandchildren had a lot of fun with all the toys! Made a friend with a child who lives there. Didn’t want to leave

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property!! Very Homie very quiet, peaceful awesome wildlife. Absolutely nothing fantastic

I liked everything about Perry’s motel. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. The cabin we had was very comfortable and was also in a good location. The property was very kid friendly, which I didn’t benefit from but it’s good for families to know. No downside at all

Messy surroundings . No breakfast to speak of. Room was spacious and clean.
