Hotel Indigo North Conway by IHG

Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Didn't like they charged me $100 each night for security fees.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The hotel and our room were immaculate and the staff were so helpful and provided excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate staying here.

Great hotel and great staff. Very clean & smelled good. Modern decor and the staff were so helpful. I would def stay here again. The restaurant was 10/10 too. Shoutout to our waitress Lexi!!!!!!!! She was amazing and sooooooo great with my daughter.

When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.

Clean property- brunch was delicious- beds were comfy

The room had nice linens, great coffee/hot water, and good lighting. The only thing I really missed was a microwave for a quick reheat of leftovers. We will stay again!

Staff was very kind. Our room was clean and very modern.

The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. All toiletries provided in pumps were good quality. Nice view of the mountains from our balcony. Restaurants, mountain activities, train station and shops are within a couple of miles of the hotel. And staff were friendly! The only reason for a good review and not an excellent review was after I was charged for my rooms there was an unexpected hold of the room charge again plus $100 for each room. Most hotels it’s just the incidental hold so I was surprised to see such a large amount from my account the next morning. The money was released without issue after check-out. We would still stay again knowing this now but It would be awful for a younger couple who didn’t expect a larger amount help and it keep them from enjoying their stay due to funds.

Housekeeping came in part way thru our stay, and didn’t clean the floors or shower, and the bed was made but there were hairs left all over the comforter.

Best value for money! Best location! Cozy atmosphere. Good idea to add safe to the rooms

It’s new and well maintained. Our room was gorgeous. The view!! The noise level at night from the road.

The pool was cold even though it said it was heated and the bed was messy as if someone had laid in it

Was there for a two day work trip. The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The rooms were quiet and I would stay here again.
