Nice comfortable beds and big spacious room.

I didn’t realize my check out date was Thursday so I came back 45 min after check out. I told them no thank you, I’ll stay somewhere else. They then proceeded to tell me I need to pay them more money to get my belongings from my room. Stay away from this hotel. Broken emergency exit lights. Broken everything.

Stayed one night. Good location next to freeway and plenty places to eat driving north on Roberts St. Their breakfast is, well, be prepared to find your own or bring something. They have a kitchenet but no pan or dishes or utensils. I would stay there again.

Great place

Unfortunately our stay started terribly with a very abrupt and rude member of staff. The room was spacious and perfectly functional but could have been cleaner. The towels, bath mat and shower curtain were awful but given the attitude at reception we didn't bother to pursue that (it had already been a very long day) and we had a very early start the next day.

We did not see any staff, breakfast area and elevator got some dirty they don’t care after a few time we said , they cleaned up

The only breakfast options were coffee and bagels.

The property it self was ok but the room could use a deep cleaning and an update so can the furniture. Stay was ok for the amount of time we were there but I wasn’t impressed.

Lobby was very nice, staff were professional and friendly. Room was more than I expected. It was set up like a studio cute and cozy.

Property was good. It was a bite dated from what I could tell. Cosmetic repairs that were needed. Was cleans, beds comfortable. We only stayed one night was a good stay for the very few hours we were there.

We waited about 10 minutes for any staff to be available at check in and check out. As in, nobody was at the front desk and didn’t respond to the “ring bell for service.” Floors in the room were quite dirty. Shower contained what looked like mold or mildew. My pillow was like cotton balls. Daily cleaning services were satisfactory. The lobby decor looks nice.

Food: the free breakfast consist of apple or orange juice as well as toast or small bagel. Thats it, that was all there was to choose from! Definitely not a reasonable free breakfast. Room: pillows: were the cheapest most uncomfortable pillows we have ever had, and we travel endlessly. Bathroom was nice. Kitchenette was not needed for us but could be for others. Beds were comfortable...just wish the pillows had been.

Nice and clean

Very dirty, the shower curtain was filthy and the bedding had nasty stains on it. Also, some of the furniture was wore down.

The free breakfast was barely that....some small bagels, bread, and frozen waffles. There was a toaster for the bread items and some butter and cream cheese in a small refrigerator, but calling this breakfast is a stretch. Not compared to what basically any other hotel now offers. The room was indeed a kitchenette....there were two electric burners, a sink, and refrigerator. However, there were no knobs to turn the stove on nor were there any plates, silverware, cooking items, or anything else available. To take the knobs away was truly a unique way to disable the "kitchenette" and completely unexpected. Also quite laughable and a story my sons and I will tell for years as something weird we ran into on a vacation. Selling the hotel with the barely there breakfast and non-usable kitchenette is false advertising. I did not appreciate either of those things being the case.
