The shower of our room was broken and unusable. When we notified the staff, they said maintenance would not be able to come in until the morning when we were getting ready to check out, so we were unable to shower during the main portion of our stay. The breakfast was also majority out of service and unavailable, leaving only bagels and coffee.

restaurants nearby my fireplace didn't work in my suite.

You could see the age of the hotel. Needs renovations

Often traveler. One of the WORST hotel experiences I've ever endured in America. And that's saying alot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE.

The hotel rents the 3rd floor out to a senior care facilities. All this information should be inclosed prior to booking a room.

My daughter and I had stayed at an AmericInn in Tomah WI recently and it had been recently remodeled. It was a very nice place, which made me choose this one in Inver Grove Heights which was near 2 of my brothers homes. I would suggest this get high on the list to e remodeled. I would not recommend this one to anyone and I will not be staying here again.

Window coverings did not block out the sun.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and so very friendly. Would recommend them and next time I’m up there, I will stay there again!

Stayed at this hotel many times and always a great price and good stay when I’m in the twin cities. This last visit was noticeably less clean. Shower felt and linens looked dirty and unsure of the floor was vacuumed. Did not feel comfortable during my stay as we felt grossed out by the uncleanliness

Breakfast was just perfect, great selection and very satisfying! No window coverings that blocked the sunlight.

The staff was amazingly helpful. The hotel itself wasn't that great. The carpets need cleaned, the 2nd floor always had a funky smell. There were other guests that were always hanging out in the lobby area that would be sitting on the counter where breakfast was to be served, needless to say I never ate breakfast there. We never did get a hot shower, it was luke warm at best. The bed was comfortable, but the tiny pillows were lumpy and hard. I didn't dare use the pool after looking at some of the other guests, there wasn't enough chlorine to make that water safe in my book. To sum it up the room was in expensive and it showed, the mini fridge was super cold, the staff was great, the atmosphere was questionable. It was super annoying that there was always cars blocking some of the handicap parking places so it was a bear to park in them. Would I stay there again...probably not.

So had a double beds and the towels that go in those rooms you get 4 big towels 4 hand towels 4 wash clothes I got 2 big 2 hand 2 wash clothes......so that is irritating going to front desk and asking for enough towls for the guest room. PARKING is shared with Applebee's and applebees has signs on every pole saying its there property and all others will be towed has to ask the front desk where to park since all spots were taken. The 1st 5 spots are for the hotel interesting but wow inconvenience when you go to get food and come back and have to dri e around for 20 mins to get a spot.

It was a good price and near where we were going. The carpets were dirty, the ice machine didn’t work. There were dirty sheets laying in the stairwell.
-
It’s was available and convenient It was dirty and the bed was hard.
-
Room was fairly clean when we arrived. Bathtub was running, which was odd.
-
Kitchenette is just a fridge and microwave, breakfast was definitely not worth getting up for. Hot tub was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
-
The water was turned off from 10 am to 4 pm our first day preventing us from showering. There was no ice in the ice machine - one machine for the entire hotel. Otherwise it was generally an older hotel, but adequate. The location was convenient.
