I don’t like the people in there personally is not friendly while I asking what it’s they’re wi-fi password he says right here with unhappy face

Was a very dated, poorly kept property.

Breakfast was not exciting. Basic low budget breakfast. There were several non guest (seen entering employee areas) laying and sleeping on sofas in lobby. sofas looked sagging and dirty like an old basement kids room. It felt unsafe seeing non guest individuals sleeping and lounging in lobby at 3 PM check in time and throughout the rest of the evening. Very dirty and place needs a huge upgrade. Shuttel was not located at hotel. Accessed shuttle from another hotel after waiting over an hour and delivered to our hotel. I will not come back after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Dated and dingy. Not well kept and the food service makes the entire hotel smell. Lobby and hallways smell bad. The room was not as bad as the common areas. Cheap. You get what you pay for.

Hot tub, pool and sauna ... resteraunts close Breakfast was poor ... Many Strange people lying around the lobby every day (not hotel guests) ... bed was rock hard ... upkeep was very poor

It was by an outback There was a clump of hair in the pool, pubic hair in the shower, dust flew up off of the bed when I smacked my hand onto it
-
The two rooms that we had were dirty. Lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furniture was very dirty. Ants in the rooms…in wastebaskets and on counters. When we reported the ants the front desk didn’t say anything or apologize.
-
Best part was location and close proximity to the State Fairgrounds. We definitely won't be coming back to that location.

The room smelled Strongly like powdered carpet freshener- it caught in our throat when we entered the room. We never heard a vacuum cleaner during our entire stay even though cleaning staff were in the hallway. Luckily we could keep the windows open and the bathroom fan going which helped a bit. There were some bolts hanging out of the wall in our room and near the elevator the wall’s paint was scratched off. What used to be a hotel’s name we trusted has gone down in our opinion.

The hotel is pretty worn down. The first room that I was in TV did not work and it was a very foul odor in the room. They moved me to a different floor at least this time. The TV worked still had an odor but not as bad as the first room.

Very dirty room, missing a bed before we were moved! Staff was helpful and accommodating, but not recommended.
-
Location Lobby furniture was horrible. People were sleeping on sofas. Even though we reserved the 3 pm shuttle, the clerk had to call someone and it was 15 min late
-
Room was clean, didnt see staff much. Hot tub was kinda dirty and way to hot.
-
Meeting family there Hotel was very dirty( grouns, room, pool area!)
-
We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival- and when we asked for some they only gave us 4 even though our room was set up for 6 and that's how many travels we had. We asked for a later check out and that was denied. They said there was an issue with my deposit and if I didn't give them my card number again it wouldn't be returned. Our shower didn't drain properly either. Bedding was stained and had holes in them.

The staff came up right away to check out the room and switched was to a new room - which was fine. They had a very quick response and switched us to another room quickly.
-
Paint was coming off of walls! A fire alarm went off at midnight and no information as to what was going on was given. There was a phone in the room. Staff was not as friendly and helpful as other places we have stayed. Everything in our room was satisfactory and clean!!
-
Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap.
-
Ants all over the bed, weird smell in the room, gross shower.
