Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Inver Grove Heights/Minneap

no counter space to put toiletries on in bathroom ,the shower is very uncomfortable. to noise everything seems to echo in the hallways !

Only thing we didn’t like was we had a third floor room and the elevator was broken. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor

The elevator was broken. Pillows were super lumpy. Bed was hard. Even though I set the room for a certain temp it never stayed. Felt muggy and warm still. It did the job so we are thankful for that.

We had a great time.

It was clean and the staff were very kind. The only complaint is when I checked in the front desk lady said the doors are locked 24 hours a day which made me feel very safe staying by myself there. But, every time I went to the side door, day or night it was unlocked.

Stayed here due to the reviews. When I arrived the elevator was broken, 3rd floor smelled like someone smoked and they tried to mask it, beds were like sleeping on concrete and finally the walls in the room were dirty like someone splashed food on them. The tv didn't work and the toilet was so short. The staff was very nice otherwise. In my opinion wasn't up to what the reviews mentioned.

The front desk staff was unbearable.

Definitely exceeded expectations. Desk went out of her way to get my (90 y/o) mother a ground floor room, as the elevator was being repaired. Our was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough. Good location. Great value.

You can't use wifi unless you sign up for rewards...

This hotel was well cared for, easy parking, flowers growing around the grounds, plenty of areas to walk your dog, but most importantly, the customer service was exceptional. Chatey made sure every aspect of my stay went smoothly, accommodating my check in and check out times without issue. You can see how much management takes pride in caring for the hotel, as little details are not missed. Sheets and towels were clean, all plumbing drained as it should (a common problem at other hotels!) and the breakfast was full of options from hot choices to fresh fruit and yogurt. A well-lit property at night, and secured entrance made it feel safe, which is also important. This hotel is now my #1 choice for accommodations when in the cities.

Money wise it was very impressive! Microhotel was clean and had comfortable beds. Definitely worth it :)

Try to avoid the place. Most of the staff is helpful inside but the front desk has one of the rudest staff member. Also, one of the part by the pool is very slippery that we all fell on it and we have a 60 year old member that dislocated his shoulder.
