What lovely people the owners are! Comfortable bed. Great hot water. Clean place.

Great location. Good price. People were wonderful to us. Room needed updated and repairs. The Air conditioner didn’t work properly, the light above the sink didn’t work. Holes in the bathroom wall and door. The key cards didn’t work, we had to go each day to have them reprogrammed. The pool wasn’t open as the filter wasn’t working properly. Mattresses were rock hard.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was difficult. Check-in took over 20 minutes and seemed unusually confusing despite having a prepaid reservation. The owners repeatedly asked us to confirm our identities, appeared confused by the fact that one person had reserved two rooms, and held onto my driver's license and credit card throughout most of the process. The property is under new ownership and the owners were polite, but the hotel felt disorganized. One TV did not work, the A/C struggled to keep up, exterior trash bins were overflowing into the parking lot, and there was a strong odor near one of the side entrances. Guests should also know that religion is a very visible part of the experience. There were Bible verses and religious materials throughout the lobby, the former conference room appeared to have been converted into a chapel, their business cards have bible verses, and the owners prayed for us during check-in, etc. The most concerning issue was billing. The hotel confirmed at check-in that our stay had already been prepaid through Hotels.com and took a credit card for incidentals. Despite that, we were later charged separately through OYO and were also marked as a no-show despite physically checking in and staying.

Dated hotel and amenities. But friendly staff. Owner did charge my card without confirming the correct reservation. Which was very frustrating as it was an over $300 transaction. He did contact the company to issue me a refund. Still awaiting refund. Otherwise, did the job for one night.

We did not stay and ended up going to another facility. We chose this hotel originally due to the pool and were informed that the pool was closed. Did not stay here and went to Days Inn

Host was exceptional and kind.

The staff were nice. The room was dirty and musty. There were hairs in our bed and on our towels. The chairs had black stains on them. The smoke detector had no batteries in it. The pool was not open. We were also asked if we could be prayed over before we left the lobby.

Great people, great location. No complaints

It was all just fine!

Clean room. Breakfast waffles were made special. Quiet. Pool was way too cold to swim in. Children were very disappointed. Noticed a family room's smoke detector on ceiling was missing.

Friendly staff, decent rooms

Got there and they did not have the room I reserved, the heat did not work and the whole room smelled strongly of food.

Owners made trip memorable, their kindness and sense of hospitality made the quick stay a pleasure!!

Clean rooms and nice owners
-
Close to snowmobile trail and reasonably priced.

Outdated and old other than some furniture and carpet. Bit of a musty smell through the whole hotel. Staff was a bit pushy and nosy. Recliner in the room, I wouldn’t let my dog sit on even as it was old, torn up and nasty. No breakfast/very short hours.

I will say the room was a bit dated but very clean. The staff are as nice as can be! Location is good. I will stay here again and definitely will tell my family when they come up.
