Excellent breakfast. Quiet zone . Good parking

The room was great except the bed was so soft and the pillows were just as bad. It was tough to sleep with both mattress and pillow so soft that there is no support with your neck. The staff was abrupt and unwelcoming. For a Westin property, it’s disappointing.

Great Hotel! I see why their ratings are high. Their rooms are pristine, great amenities and the staff is always helpful and polite. Room and beds were perfect. 10 out of 10 stay!

I have never had such aweful experience from staff, right from receptionist to the cook.

Just location services provided were materially different from what I booked and expected. The room did not include the sofa bed that had been requested, and as a result, I had to sleep on the floor for two nights. There were also significant service issues during our stay. Breakfast service was very disorganized, basic items such as plates were unavailable, and even hot water was not properly provided. Because my wife is pregnant, I asked whether a short late checkout might be possible if needed. We had also checked in several hours late and received the room much later than expected. The front desk was unhelpful and told us that if we checked out late, we would be charged $20 for every additional hour, without offering any reasonable accommodation.

This isn’t a bad hotel, but there are better ones in the area for the same price. Location is great for the airport shopping beach. The continental breakfast could be better.

Cheap toilet paper and paper towels. The owners can't even provide decent toiletries. Squeeze every penny out of the customers. Tells me everything I need to know about this company. I won't be back.

Its a very new property. I didnt get a chance to use it but i saw the gym looked nice and spacious. Quiet location. I didnt hear the airport traffic.

Breakfast was excellent and Melissa who ran the morning breakfast we exceptional.
