When we got to our room the AC wasn’t working so we called and guest services sent maintenance right up. Great customer service all around.

Colors and ambiance was very soothing and comforting. Staff super friendly and professional.

Check in was super easy, staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms are very dated, bathrooms need to be renovated (especially tubs), bedding was clean and pull out was comfy but the room could of been cleaner in the bathroom

We came in late Friday and paid extra for a late checkout on Sunday. Kind and helpful staff. Room worked for our needs.

Unfortunately, one staff member who appeared to be a supervisor/manager did not provide the same level of hospitality. She was a blonde Caucasian woman who appeared to be in her late 20s to 30s. She seemed annoyed by our group and was not very helpful. At one point, water spilled at my table and all over my lap. Rather than offering assistance or checking to see if I was okay, she simply sat on a barstool outside the bar and watched. I also overheard a negative comment from her on another day. Her demeanor made us feel unwelcome and as though our group was an inconvenience. The hotel could also use some attention to its physical condition. Several pieces of furniture showed noticeable wear and could benefit from reupholstering or replacement. The sheets and towels also appeared dingy and could use refreshing. I appreciate the staff members who provided excellent service, especially the front desk team and our waiter. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the guest experience and the condition of the hotel.

I've been a fan and stayed at many Embassy Suites locations over the years. Love the breakfast, evening happy hour, etc. Overall, this stay was fine. However, I found it strange that there were signs all over the lobby/atrium area in the evening stating "No outside food/beverage allowed." Is this a new policy? And how strictly does the hotel enforce this now? If someone wants to sit at a table down in that area and eat a sandwich, are they not allowed to do so? If so, that's bizarre. And, quite frankly, it removes one of the main things that made Embassy Suites better than other locations. If it's a noise thing, or if it has to do with liquor, I get that. But no food allowed? If that rule is to be strictly adhered to, I'm afraid I'll be looking elsewhere to stay in the future. Other hotels are very gracious and welcoming when it comes to guests using their public areas. It seems like your location (at least this one) no longer does that, which is unfortunate.

Flea’s came to the new room! That tells me that anytime this happens that they just move people to rooms so the fleas are everywhere! I will never stay there again Money lost
