Checking in with Ashante was professional. She provided all the information & supplies needed in a timely fashion. Indoor pool temperature was well controlled. Wonderful stay with family!

Room was clean, food from restaurant was delicious and was in a quiet neighborhood. Love the small self- care details the hotel offers and is fur baby friendly for those who travel with them.

My room floor near the entrance is uneven and the toilet is not aligned straight. Keycard location when entering and exiting the $39 parking pot is inconvenient. You have to get out of your car to scan it.

First off, great service. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel smelled great and our rooms were quite nice and comfortable. The pool was also pretty okay. I did not go to the bar or breakfast so I can't necessarily comment on that. The only downsides were that plastic cups weren't replaced on a daily basis and the air conditioning for the second room was not maintained prior to my stay. The engineer that helped us opened up the ac filter, only to find that it was frozen over. However, customer service regarding that was very kind and understanding. I definitely enjoyed my stay there and would probably come back in the future.

The room overall was not clean. There were stains on the toilet, in the shower and the room itself didn’t seem vacuumed, there were pieces of hair and other dirt around. I didn’t realize at first because I wasn’t really active in my room until later and had my glasses on. You would expect to find a junior suite at least clean. The bed was clean and overall it was okay. The only thing I wanted was somewhere clean to sleep for the night.

When I checked out I gave a suggestion to the person at the desk. The bathtub is an extreme fall risk and you will want to make sure that you check this out thoroughly. I almost fell when I put my foot in the tub. It was so slippery!! …. an there was nothing to hang onto except the product containers. I could not move in the tub without the fear of falling. Finally I stepped out and put a towel in the bottom of the tub for stability

The experience at the establishment was quite disappointing due to several issues. Firstly, they did not serve breakfast, which was a significant inconvenience for customers who were expecting to start their day with a meal. Additionally, the cakes, which were advertised as available, were not accessible to customers, leaving them without a suitable dessert option. Furthermore, the water bottles were priced excessively high, and the staff did not offer them at the entrance, which would have been a more convenient and customer-friendly approach. To add to the dissatisfaction, the establishment did not have all the items that the customer needed, which further compounded the overall negative experience.

Clean room, accommodating staff and overall great experience. I definitely will be staying here again. The location is excellent and Kevin is very helpful.

I was pretty bummed to see that parking was $39 per day. That's really an exorbitant amt of money per day. I felt like I was paying for parking at a big concert. That would deter me from choosing this hotel next time we stay in Irvine. It just add so much to an already expensive trip to visit UCI.

We booked a double room for 3 adults, we showed up and they had given that room away AND given all the rollaway beds away. All they had to offer was a King room which didn’t accommodate our booking, so we were forced to purchase another room on site. The hotel itself is lovely but the staff is an inadequate mess.

Display used to be my home from home during Covid when I was traveling from Nevada to Southern California. I decided to come back because I I always felt comfortable and right at home now the place is even cleaner and has been more up to the amenities that make sure even more comfortable specially after remodeling great place to stay for any type of corporate needs or just a weekend getaway.

Restaurant attached is great. The only real issue was checking in. No place to park while just checking in and no help.

Rooms were clean and friendly to our pups. Doggy relief area needs some inprovement
