Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport

Checked in after 11pm. The bathroom toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. Went and changed room. Next room was full of smoke, on a no smoking floor. The smell was gagging, they acknowledge the because they had a fan blowing the smoke out an open window. It didnt help. Why didnt front desk be made aware of these problems, they had to know. They said they had no more rooms and if i wanted a refund, i had to contact Expedia. Its not Expedia's problem....and talking with someone at Expedia at midnight is impossible. Magically they found another room. Very bad management skills. Dont get me started on them. The breakfast was a horrible joke too. The building should be demolished and turned into a parking lot. Will not use Hampton Inn again, may not use Hilton again if this is how they treat customers who dont use their full price hotel. And i cant see myself using expedia since their is no PHONE NUMBER to contact a live agent. You take our credit card info, but you give us a robot when we need help. Disappointed to say the least with this experience

Fast free airport shuttle, welcoming staff, clean comfortable bedroom, comfy bed and pillows, and delicious breakfast.

New and spacious spaces and great breakfast

Nice hotel. The desk staff were very friendly and great to deal with. There was a bar available, though we didn't take advantage of it. I think it was open Monday-Saturday evenings, though. We had a room with two double beds, and it had a refrigerator an additional sink.

Their parking lot is not great. It gets very full so people just start parking illegally. They don’t tell people up front that if it’s full you need to park across the street. $30 per night for parking.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. But shower water temperature had issues. Only called for 15 minutes, then too hot, then still cold. Otherwise great stay!

This was exactly what we needed clean, comfortable, not expensive well located, nice staff great to have a little breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast it wasn’t with variety like others we stayed. I saw mold where put the soap in the corner.

They even joined us with professional soccer comments while the World Cup was playing, which made breakfast even more fun. Very nice and kind staff. Great job, HR!

It’s not entirely the hotels fault. They may not have known every outlet in the room did not work. My husband didn’t want to bother the front desk; so equal responsibility for the poor stay.

Great stay, super clean, awesome free breakfast! 5 stars! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Great location to everything in the city.

They do have a full bar. Parking is $20 per night
