You have to ask for everything e.g. plates, toilet paper, utensils, cleaning service is only every two weeks

The staff was real nice and helped with little things The bed was lumpy, I opted for the handicap room this time, as I've become worse on my feet, next stay I''ll go with the regular room beds were a lot more comfortable

The afternoon staff was very friendly and helpful. The fridge was a plus. The room was clean but could use some TLC. Plenty of parking and easy access to the room. The fan in the bathroom was not working and we saw mold building up in the corners, so it must have been broken for a while. The hallway and elevator area was not cleaned on a regular basis.

Nothing The bed was hard not clean while we were there staff was rude wouldn't let us use bathroom.. I will not stay there again

I came in and all the cables were not plugged in. I asked for assistance and no one ever came. So we had to figure out the phone and cable for the TV. There was food on the tables tops. I thought it was expensive for one night. The "free" breakfast was a few muffins and coffee. I will not be staying here again. If I could I would like my money back but I am sure that will not happen.

Didn’t like that the room was half cleaned, one of the beds weren’t made, the bathroom had a pile of used towels and smelled bad.

Reservation got canceled and had to go back home. Hope i get my refund or there will be problems.

Nothing Dirty, old, mold in the bathroom. Lady at front desk rude. See pictures. It's a shame after spending more than $200 a night!!

The cost of the room is equelvant to the Hilton or other properites, you are better off paying for parking there, amd having a proper and clean room and other anemities.
