KEEPING IN MIND THAT IT IS ONLY A 2 OR 3 STAR HOTEL, THESE ARE THE THINGS THEY COULD WORK ON BUT FIRST LET ME SAY THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A FULL KITCHEN, WITH THAT SAID WHEN I WALK IN THE OVER WHELMING SMELL OF PINESOLL WAS VERY APPARENT, THEY BREAKFAST THEY TALK ABOUT IS MORE LIKE A SNACK BAR AND THE PROPERTY COULD USE SOME UPGRADING THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT MY FIRST ROOM THE TV DIDNT WORK

The staff were helpful. The property was clean.

Clean room with working appliances. Floor was a little sticky from cleaning buildup. The grab and go breakfast was fine but wasn't really restocked.

Don’t stay here unless you can’t afford a nicer hotel. Rooms and common areas were dirty, carpets stained, and odd smells. My shower/tub was not clean upon my check in. Hair along tub edge. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Tiny previously frozen muffins and nutri grain bars.

Not bad, front desk service is very good.

I was very disappointed by the uncleanliness of the room. It was not cleaned. The refrigerator had food stains that were not cleaned. The counters were not wiped well. Staff especially a young Caucasian woman who is regularly at the front desk is very unfriendly and unhelpful.

The floor needs to be mop. I was really disgusted. I step on something sticky on the floor and when I look at the bottom of my feet it was black from dirt. Also the shower was not clean, there was hair in the drain.

The guest above me would come in at 2 or 3 in the morning and stomp around then talk on the phone so loudly I could hear his whole conversation !! The front desk said they would talk to him, but he still wasn’t very quiet. So I didn’t get any sleep for 3 nights!

Horrible!! Do not stay here! I chose this hotel as it is close to uci and it was move in day. I booked a room with 2 queen beds well in advanced and my card was charged. We arrived late because my daughter had a late move in time and once we moved everything in and got food it was late. We checked in went to the room and there was only 1 queen bed. The guy who checked us in could have let us know we weren't being given the room I booked and paid for. There was a hide a bed but no mattress in the hide a bed. We went back down and were told by another employee who was nice but really didn’t seem to know what was going on that no other rooms were available. I booked a room with 2 queen beds how can you give me a room with only one. So my other daughter had to sleep on an uncomfortable couch. We were given extra blankets for her to use. Wow, thanks. The room was dirty, it stunk. In the morning we noticed mold on the ac/heater unit. Great, we were in that room all night breathing that in. Absolutely disgusting. The room was absolute bare minimum, uncomfortable bed and why is there no mattress in the hide a bed?!!

Parking, Kitchen are good.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. Having a kitchenette was helpful we were able to cook some meals so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. We felt safe here. Was a great value for what you got. The beds were not the most comfortable and the room was kind of dusty.

Bathtub in disrepair, bathtub dirty, one USED bar of soap, no shampoo, dysfunctional remote, dysfunctional TV, smelly.

The TV never worked after complaining 2 times Will not recommend to any of my family members to stay at this hotel

This was by far the worst Extended Stay I have stayed at. The TV was not working, the microwave was missing, dirty and dated bathroom. Dishes, silverware, etc. had to be requested, nothing in the room to start with.

Room was comfortable. The price was right. Hall ways were not cleaned often. Garbage was stacked on outside garbage cans,

the front desk staff were awesome. They were very helpful and considerate.
