Apart from Parking being charged separately, truly find that unfair as where else is my car supposed to stay. But, literally everything else was amazing.

Only there one night.

Friendly staff. available parking. near airport. Good area for taking a morning walks. No nearby walking distance to local sitdown restaurants. Property doesn’t have a standard corporate feel of a Hyatt Regency.

Maintenance staff that came in response to reconnect the television that was inadvertently disconnected during the attempted replacement of thefaulty coffee maker was prompt and efficient and pleasant. Staff in the convenience store was exceptional, especially Carmen. Coffee maker in the room only works once. Staff replaced upon request with another coffee maker that would only work once. Full disclosure, we counted the same problem in another hotel believe it is with the under performing model, chosen by hotel chains. The egregious all night long false fire alarm situation should have been handled better mechanically. See above.

Super clean, nice location!

We arrived late in the evening, so we didn’t have a chance to thoroughly inspect the room before going to bed. The next morning, we discovered several unacceptable issues. First, none of the electrical outlets in the room were working, so we couldn’t charge our phones or any other devices. Then we noticed that the refrigerator was leaking water. To make matters worse, when I went to take a shower, I found someone else’s hair stuck to the shower wall, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. I reported all of these issues to the front desk when we checked out. While the staff was polite and removed the $35 parking fee as a gesture of goodwill, the overall experience was still very disappointing. Basic room maintenance and cleanliness should be a priority, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet even those expectations.

Overall the hotel was nice and pleasant. They keep the property up pretty well, nice amenities & a clean facility. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that they could’ve done a better job cleaning our room. I did find a used sleeping mask in the corner near one of the beds. Also, the hotel for some reason doesn’t allow you to adjust your own thermostat. I thought maybe my thermostat was broken, but we had multiple rooms and none of the thermostats allowed us to change the temperature. The hotel wants you to call the front desk and they can adjust the temperature for you… I found that kind of strange. Other than that, my stay was pretty great.

This hotel and its staff were extremely disappointing. The fire alarm went off every five minutes for four hours, from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m., making it impossible to rest. The hotel was not accommodating and offered only a $60 credit and complimentary breakfast for the disruption. Based on this experience, I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean and very friendly staff.

I went for an event and it was held quite nicely. My first time for an event there and it was all properly done with everyone I encountered taking care of my me and my daughter.
