Nice hotel for a business trip and something different than the main stable hotels. All good

It’s a beautiful property but the room is so dated, no blackout curtains, the bed was hard, and the AC doesn’t keep the rooms cool; seating area and bedroom. Room service was nice but nowhere to sit and eat unless it’s the coffee table and couch.

We have been staying at the Ayers Costa Mesa for over 40 years and we've warched the amenities go away or become charged for.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The hotel charged me a $125 deposit, but they still haven't refunded my money—and it was supposed to be $25. They really do charge a price difference. I have never seen such a ridiculous policy, such a ridiculous system, or such a ridiculous hotel.

Good location for our needs. Our unit was spacious & comfortable with several amenities. And, the Bistro was so close-it was very convenient.

The facility is excellent--professional staff, very clean room and facility, excellent pool area for R&R in the sun, quality court yard dining. 5 Stars!

This hotel was amazingly clean and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. The pool & jacuzzi were so wonderful and the ambiance was like you were definitely on vacation. Will definitely visit again.

It’s a little maze getting around but other than that it’s a great place.

Ample parking facilities around the hotel. The room was very generous in size and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Though situated at a busy street intersection it was quiet. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant provided a good selection of options. For a European client, the cost of breakfast is quite steep. The overall feeling in the room, especially the carpet, was of some wear and tear. But within reason, so not a specific complaint.

This is my favorite place to stay in the area. Love the chain, in fact. Very competitive rate for the level of accommodations and amenities. Can't say enough good. Only draw back for this particular site is the airplane noise when in the courtyard. Isn't really a factor in the rooms.
