Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel

This was a amazing place to be and also it’s beautiful and the customer service was very welcoming

Expensive hotel 30 min away from Laguna. Everything costs extra never seen this before. WiFi costed money. Breakfast money,

Pillows were not good. Air conditioner was a little faulty, but overall, great staff beautiful Hotel

Room/bath seem 10 years past a good paint job. Breakfast buffet was not inspired. Self-park $45!

Clean room but if you need extra blankets or pillows you really need to call twice because they don’t get it to at the first call. The people at the front desk wasn’t really friendly and not smiling just straight to the point. They people at the restaurant were very friendly very professional polite. Overall is a good place to stay.

Great hotel and location. Bed was a little too soft and our room wasn’t ready for another hour after check in time but otherwise nice hotel.

Such a great experience! The staff was so helpful. My husband I didn’t plan to stay the night, but we had a little too much fun. So we could not drive back home. This was a perfect place to stay overnight and so many last minute things were provided. 10/10

My daughter and I have stayed here the past two summers for an area soccer tournament and it has been a lovely experience both times!

Went for a July 4th event by the beach. The hotel was very close to the event. Great customer service from the valet, staff attendant and front desk. The room was very clean, spacious and loved the large balcony. Would definitely stay again.
