Atrium Hotel at Orange County Airport

Very nice pool and cabanas. We enjoyed sitting and swimming outside very beautiful pool area. Very well decorated lobby and entrance loved the waterfalls outside when you first enter as well. Room was cleaned well and had a pleasant smell. Great wifi connection. Good AC just little loud. The bad..... There was no mini fridge or microwave to keep my kids some drinks or snacks so it was hard to be there 3 days with younger children and no cold waters or drinks without having to buy from gas station every day which gets pretty expensive. Every meal had to be taken out of the room which took up the pool time for my children. They only have 1 microwave at the front of hotel which isn't very convenient. Draining of the sink and tub was awful took forever. But all in all we did enjoy our stay we would stay again. All staff was very friendly.

Older property but pretty well kept, convenient location.

This hotel was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom, the other guests were extremely loud, and the beds were uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

I would never stay there again. Had a terrible experience trying to check in. Staff were very unpleasant and not helpful. Conveniently located to the airport (you can easily walk there) but that’s about it. We had a yappy dog in the room next to us and were woken up at 2 am and then 4 am two of the four nights we were there.

Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Came home with roaches in my luggage. Property was in disrepair and understaffed. The restaurant on property is a food kiosk. A machine. Met another guest in the hallway that claimed to have food poisoning. Last morning of my stay woke to some sort of droppings in the sink. I canceled a future prepaid booking and am still fighting to get a refund. Will have to dispute the charge. Do not recommend.

I was told I didn’t have a reservation. Even when providing my confirmation number so I was forced to book a room elsewhere and it was nearly midnight. Desk person was anything but helpful. And to top it off I get emails the next day asking me to take my stay. So obviously I had a reservation, desk person just couldn’t find it ! Never again!!!!!!

The room was not clean at all. There were ants everywhere in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The carpet was old and had an unpleasant smell, and there wasn’t even a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom looked very worn down, with scratches and damage throughout, and there were cracks in the corners of the walls. Overall, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. The front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly. Even the water dispenser in the gym ran out of water and was never refilled during my stay. Won’t stay here again.

Worst experience ever. Dirty, poor staff and management

The rooms were clean and the staff helped us out when our flight was delayed a whole day.

No breakfast or airport shuttle but overall a great stay

Room was clean and comfortable, little worn, but to be expected as it has been there a long time. Pool area is nice and clean. Lots of seating. Unfortunately there is no food, no coffee and no bar like they did a couple of years ago.

Bed is very hard and uncomfortable.

This hotel is old and dated. The restaurant is closed. They charge $28 a day for guests to park and the lot is so full it took 15 min to find a spot. I think they sell parking for the airport. It is right across the street so it was convenient but the property could us some work. The bed is very uncomfortable

Great family place! The pool was warm, but getting pool towels was a challenge.
