No earlier check in at all. Front desk morning person so rude. Had to wait until the next shift to see how friendly the next person was. Room was noisy water running all the time. Tv needs to be updated

Sylvia was pleasant and moved me to another room after the first room was filthy, and noisy! First room they had the couch was heavily stained, and the bedspread was also stained. I had a family with children next to me making one hell of a noise at 1030!!

Parking charge.

Old property. Bad odor in stair case area very old carpet not worth $. Need to request house cleaning before 12 they don’t tell you at check in

The location was very convenient and the check in agent was very accommodating. The room and hallway had a very weird smell. Not sure if area was recently painted or wood was treated or something.

Im guessing I caught this hotel at a bad time, stayed here September 20th 2026 for 1 night, checked in pretty late, told the attendant at the front that I was bringing in 3 vehicles, gladly insisted on charging me for just 1 vehicle and told me to come by the desk at any time to validate the parking tickets. Morning comes around and I go to the desk and there’s a different person at the front. I gave her the 3 parking tickets and she said it would be billed on my deposit. Turns out the ordeal was too good to be true and on the next day I get charged for all 3 and after calling about it multiple times trying to get ahold of a manager, the supervisor said there’s nothing I can do and that the employee should have known not to do that. Now I’m left with a 3 car charge and basically a “f you deal with it, not our problem” from the staff. I was looking forward to getting charged for 1 car, not a whole misunderstanding that resulted in me getting mislead and overcharged on my stay. Had I known I would have parked the vehicles else where and wouldn’t have to deal with getting charged the full 24 hour parking price, mind you I was only on the premises for 7-8 hours, not even 24 hours. Honestly, not a surprise that this place is filled with money hungry/inconsiderate staff judging by the price of the room.

This is the 1st time I had to pay for parking. When I booked I didn’t see anything about parking fee. But I got an email the day before saying parking was $28 dollars a day.

Very dated and the older lady at the front desk was not hospitable at all. Too bad.
