Atrium Hotel at Orange County Airport

* We were given the wrong wi-fi code and it took 40 minutes to get it working. * The phone in the room did not work. * The refrigerator in the room did not work (causing the spoilation of food items). * The people in the room across the hall were constantly opening and shutting their door and talking in the hallway between 9 p.m. and midnight. We couldn't call down for assistance because the phone didn't work. * At 2:30 in the morning, a couple entered our room (with a key) and demanded we leave. The hotel doublebooked our room. * When we tried to leave in the morning, the gate in the parking lot didn't work causing a 30 minute delay. If we would have scheduled more than a one day stay, we would have left the hotel.

Horrible experience with the staff. Un attentive, and bad at handling a few issues that we had. Our key opened up multiple rooms, we had food delivered to the front desk and nobody was there and the food was stolen. I asked if they possibly weren’t at the front desk, they said there was someone there at all times and nothing was delivered, when there was photo proof

Facility was close to the airport, which is exactly what I needed

7/3/26 we had to call the front desk 3 times first was music blasting at 7am then after call #1 it got louder then after my 2nd call they started banging the walls and screaming “let’s go boys” “party” etc so they were antagonizing us so i called again thinking we should call the police because whatever was being done by the front desk wasn’t working i didn’t want an escalation as we were trying to leave we checked out early due to the noise and drama we got no sleep this was one of the worst nights

The hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport!! I expected that they did. When I checked in, my son helped me with my bag and the staff assured me there would be staff to help me with my bag because I had injured my right arm but when l called the front desk the next morning to get assistance, I was told the 2nd clerk hadn’t come in. So I had to go downstairs and get a cart and manage to get all the way back to my room, to get my bag and walker(I am 83)

Staff was very helpful and accommodating! Hotel is a bit outdated but the rooms were spacious and overall well kept. As for amenities, towels were rough and the convenience of having a night stand phone charger

Very nice place and right across the street from the John Wayne airport. Didn't have planes waking me up in the night

Large space right next to the airport. They also provide housing for college students which I can appreciate. It is a little older, but it worked well for us. Only non-positive is the rooms could get humid even with A/C

Cute hotel right across from the airport. Clean and had all the amenities.

I was chcked into an uncleaned (but tidied) room the first night. The second day noone cleaned or tidied the room. The manager was absent, and the desk staff had no abillity to compensate me. There is no restaurant (despite the advertisement on expedia's website), and no bar. Its a desert. Dont stay here.

It’s a basic hotel and served our purpose just fine.

Older property, beautiful entrance but rooms def need an upgrade. I felt like I was back in the early 2000’s. The only smell I could smell was WET DRYWALL and carpet has a water mildew throughout entire hotel. I stayed one night just because of how close it was to airport to fly next day but I def would give it another chance if they remodeled one day.

Everything was great ! It was really clean , not smelling bad I love it . One thing I don’t agree is about the parking fee other then that everything was great

CLEAN ROOMS, NICE STAFF, LOVED THAT WE HAD A BALCONY.

Paid for parking, shower, too small, no refrigerator, no dining

Older property, best rates, and cheapest parking close to the airport. No shuttle, but a short walk from the terminal. Fine for a short stay.
