Tired property.

They over priced the food.

Very good

The hotel was clean and room was spacious. I just wish the pool was a little larger because there were no open seats. The food and coffee and little mini convenience store were all great! The staff were nice and helpful.

Be careful if you pay for bayview. You have a chance of getting "partial bay view" leaving you a view of the parking lot and a glimpse of the bay

The location is good and the staff were great. However, the property is very rundown and outdated. It’s definitely due for a remodel!

Super clean facility, rooms are very spacious. Also sraff is really great here, doing a fantastic job! We were a family of 4 and felt here really great

Everything was amazing for our stay Only slight inconvenience were the Pool towels were lacking and needed replenishment

Exceptional

Staff was great and lobby looks nice when you walk in. Also enjoyed the complimentary lemon and hibiscus water. Rooms were old, dingy, and not very clean. Carpet needs to go... our allergies were going crazy. Furniture is old and dirty as well. Shower looks like a disaster. For this quality, price should have been cheap. Instead, they are charging premium prices for a old rundown rooms.

Ask what room you will be in. I had a 5 day stay there and overlooked their HVAC system. Pricey for the space. Restaurant is very overpriced and twice I got a stomach ache. I just felt like the level of care was low. The restaurant manager was the nicest person there.

Room was nice and clean. Good size room with separate bedroom from the main room.

Convenient to UCI View of lovely bay is essential. Don’t get a room that looks at cars in the parking lot. Bonvoy members should be able to request an upgrade at no charge Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants Food was overpriced and meh. Service slow Menu had misspellings! Need to attend to details

The room was clean and ample room, when running the shower it smelled like sewer I ordered room service which was so expensive- Small pot of coffee and toast was 45.oo and I had ordered oat milk, and was given half and half, I have a severe dairy allergy which could have sent me to the hospital, when I called to verify that I had received the right milk the employee verified it was oat milk, 2 min later I had a knock on the door with the oat milk. Not acceptable for health purposes. There was a wedding on a night we stayed the music and dj was so loud that it was hard to stay in your room, if we had a heads up we could of planned something where we were not in our room, also we were not allowed to go use the out side earlier the day I think our cost for that day should of been discounted for our inconvenience.
