Clean, but very run down. A shabby experience. There was a $200 deposit required for one night, and I’m still waiting for it to be credited back to my credit card.

Good to stay for a few days

The motel is not in the best part of town. The parking lot is old and spaces are small. Staff was okay, the floors felt dirty, we felt a lot of sand walking around the room. We went out to dinner at North Italia which is about 10 mins away, The beds were too soft for my liking, but it was okay for 1 night’s stay. I don’t know if I would go back, probably not.

We were only here to sleep close to the airport and it did it's job with that. No toiletries are provided, but there's a shower and bed and that's what we needed. The outside had lots of trash in the parking lot and surrounding the stairs. Seems weird a cleaning person didn't have that cleaned. We wouldn't want to stay there any longer than a night, but it was good for that.

Nice choice for a budget room in the Newport Beach area.

Otherwise, the place was very dirty. The walls were dirty and with many chips and cracks needing repair; the dresser in the room was a disaster, the heating/cooling element was filthy and in extremely unkept condition and looking like it was ready to fall apart. I could go on but I will not.
