For the price you get a clean place, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, and a mini fridge and A/C that works. Very basic, with which I was satisfied.

I’m an absolute pinch and you have no where else to go I suppose you’ll survive the night but I won’t ever be going back not even for a quick overnight trip during the fair. For how run down it it, it’s far to expensive. Not worth it pay more and stay somewhere else. The bed was also on wheels so just sitting down it slid around

If you don’t like any of the above, do not expect the staff to politely help you, and be prepared to be robbed because once you sign in they will basically say you are lying and will not refund your money even if you had to go to the Best Western Plus and had to oay 500 usd for two nights. Thi Motel is a disaster

The room did not have a closet or place to hang your clothes. There was no iron or ironing board was in the room, so it was good that I did not pack my clothes for my flight in my suitcase. There was no upgrade for USB or C cable charging. Standard outlet only. The decor and furniture were dated and mismatched. It's across the freeway from the fairgrounds and close to the airport.

parking is not very good. bathroom smells musty. towels are replaced daily they could use to be a better quality.

The bad: could use some paint, lots of scuff marks on walls and door. One “punch hole” in sheet rock. No actual blankets on bed other than the bedspread which was stained and had cigarette burns.

nice clean room, safe area, near the fair grounds

Location was walking distance to fairgrounds. There is a microwave and fridge in room. Shower was clean and water pressure great!! No ice machine on premises. Bed not comfortable. 2 pillows, sheets and a bedspread (no blanket). A/c worked but was held together with tape (literally). Parking included so that’s a bonus. Priced right for what you get.

Perfect for our small family for a last minute fair night :)

Very quiet hotel room. Have stayed multiple nights and I never hear any doors closing or people talking. Must have soundproof walls and windows. Super clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, always refreshing towels and room. Definitely will stay again, Great Expedia rates!

Pretty bare bones accommodations. OK if you are on a tight budget. The staff are nice and helpful. The room seemed fairly clean (but some towels had stains). The amenities are minimal (no coffee in the room). My biggest complaint is that the WiFi was totally unreliable.

Highly recommend for a budget friendly stay that’s close to everything

Great location with only minutes to Newport beaches, Fashion island and Balboa peninsula. OC fair right across the 55 freeway. Clean and super quiet room. Great working A/C unit. Comfy bed, housekeeping and convenient complimentary onsite parking. Older building but well kept. Room clean and I highly recommend for a budget friendly stay. Solo guest and I felt very safe!
