The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but could use some more choices. Overall, it was a great stay.

Super friendly staff. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Good central location. Room was clean. Found long hairs in sheets, empty shampoo dispenser in shower. Channel selection on TV was minimal. Breakfast was more on the go variety than sit and eat.

OC Hotel is great I've stayed several times. Pool is small but hot tub is great. Always clean rooms and everything is in order and mini fridge is present in room. Some hotels make you request them. Front staff is understanding and attentive.

My air conditioner did not work. Spent the entire night above covers sweating. I told the lady at the front desk. She said sorry. I said no discount or hey we want to make this up to you. Do not stay here. They obviously don’t care if your comfortable with no air conditioning at 235$ per night.

Nice location. Pool needs to be refinished. Surface was very rough and kept cutting kiddos toes. Beds need to be replaced. Front desk staff very nice.

Very clean and reasonably comfortable. They did a nice job updating this motor lodge to make it attractive. Our room was pretty basic, but that's all we were looking for. We would stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful, great room for the price, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen, located within an easy access of Newport Beach during a busy holiday weekend.
