The room was decent, the parking was free, and the free breakfast was okay. However, the bathroom in our room smelled like cat litter. I tried spraying Lysol in order to get rid of the smell but the smell stayed. When I went to open the curtains, there was a man standing in front of his apartment staring inside the room. Needless to say, I closed the curtains and kept them closed for our stay. Lastly, at around 6am someone was stomping for about an hour and woke us all up. Other than that, the room was okay for the one night that we stayed there.

Nice enough hotel, but Lord when your walking in the front door (tired hating Cali traffic)and all you want that front desk person to do is her job..be nice cordial…she was short, scripted and curt. You realize that actually hurts when your tired!??

Nice Hotel. About a 10 Minute drive to Newport Beach which helps to make this a more affordable option than hotels that might be closer. Glad we saved a bit of money and probably had nicer accommodations than hotels closer to the beach. This place was quiet too.

Free parking was amazing. The breakfast was included in the cost of the stay and it was delicious and warm every morning. The room was clean the Wi-Fi was good quality the only drawback was no room service. However, easy access to restaurants close by!

There was an odd sour smell in the bathroom after we first took a shower. The odor was noticeable but not overpowering and persisted for the the remainder of our stay. Otherwise, everything else was great!

What I didn’t like was they tried to charge me for my service dog almost $80 so I had to take her home
