Travelodge by Wyndham Costa Mesa Newport Beach Hacienda

Didn’t allow me to check in early, and did not allow me to use a restroom.

Coffee maker overflowed and coffee bags seemed to have a defect. Everyone we opened up carefully, grounds spilled out into the coffee. In addition, the toilet was not secure and made a rocking noise every time you sat on it. These are simple fixes! Enjoyed the good quality towels and bedding. Parking was abundant. Staff was pleasant.

The room had huge cockroaches, half full alcohol bottles, hair in the sheets, terrible odor, very loud air conditioner. The worst room I have ever stayed in and I’m 72 yrs old.

A good place to stay.

Second time I have stayed here. I won't stay again because the TV is the weirdest Ever. Didn't work, they fixed, didn't work, fixed again. Most channels are in another language or some preacher and navigating is a nightmare.

All expectations met and the staff so friendly and nice. Will go back definitely

Broken ac unit

John was amazing at the check-in. great room, tv, fridge microwave, had a great shower. very impressed. I will be back

The ice machine was broken which was a bummer. The remote to the tv wouldn’t let me access the streaming apps so it was very limiting to watch anything. I think the worst was as I was unpacking I found a crack pipe in one of the drawers. Probably won’t be staying there again but okay in a pinch for a one-night stay.

Fair price for the location, and it's a great location near to Triangle Square and some other local places to eat/drink, etc.. Staff was super friendly and I experienced no problems or bad guests for the 6 days I was in town. There's a pool although I didn't use it, still was a nice option to sit outside for a bit. Definitely recommend for people on a budget.

very nice front desk staff loved my stay here only issue was at 0900 there was housekeeping staff rolling the cart outside my window which caused loud noises that woke me up. Since it was a Sunday am hoping to sleep in a bit but im sure it wasnt intentional.

This is equivalent to a motel 6 at 60 dollars a nite,not worth it.
