Externally, the property appears well maintained. I inspected three different rooms at the Cozy Inn and was very disappointed with their condition and the fact that the photos online were not a fair representation. All the bathrooms were in a poor state - black mould and stains on shower curtains and basins - stains on bedding, etc. The rooms appear to have been cleaned (there’s a smell of cleaner) but the facilities are just in a poor condition. I could not stay in the rooms shown to me, and they refused to refund my upfront payment.

Old and run down! Excessive mold and rust around the bath tub! Antiquated furniture, the tv remote would not operate the tv and was broken! The shelve for hanging clothes was broken and half assed put back together!

We have a wonderful time staying there. Room was amazing!! Close to everything we always want to do. Thank you so much and we will see you next time!!

I asked at the reception to fix the shower helicopter is broken in room number 2 since the stay, but there is no life for those who call and the bed makes noise and the smell in the room I ask you to talk to the receptionist to change me from room number 2 to room number 4, and this is in order to extend the reservation period with you

Nothing This hotel doesn't refund the deposit. They didn't give me my $50 back? Just so you know.

LOVE the Cozy Inn! Super affordable, comfortable, quiet, and safe location really close to the beach. Staff was great, gave me a ground floor room as requested. Will definitely stay there again!

Location Main area of room, bed, tv, etc are nice! BATHROOM AREA NOT UO TO CURRENT STANDARDS OR CLEANLINESS!

The room looks terrible rust every where the shower was leaking water the whole 5 days the manager did not do anything in 5 days there was no housekeeping at all

It is a nice inexpensive stay. Nothing fancy but you then have extra money saved on a stay here for everything around. It is safe & quiet. I like it a lot. I travel solo so it works for me. 👍

You better off staying at Motel 6. This hotel it's nasty! The fridge had mold. Smelled cigars and the bed had burned spots. Everything was rusty and old. I would never stay at this place again.

I had high hopes of this property based on the photos, but the general condition of the property is poor and our room was totally disgusting: old, run-down, and smelly.
