Staff were super helpful but the room was dirty and had mold growing in the bathroom. you could tell the bed was pretty cheep and my partner has a bunch of red bites all over them. Still unsure if that was bed bugs or not. one positive is that the air conditioning worked great!

10/10 friendly service

Clean rooms, good parking, friendly/helpful staff and air conditioning.

The staff was good and very friendly. There were some maintenance issues regarding the toilet (flapper kept coming off) and the exhaust fan (squeaked like a rabid monkey). The place was overall clean, but the pain was worn/damaged in places.

It was nice and cozy.

Horrid. I didn’t expect luxury at this price, but I also didn’t expect obvious drug trafficking, intense chemical smells from the cleaners that they use, one room that smelled like cigarettes, or sticky carpets. We were shown three different rooms – they tried – but ultimately, we ended up not staying there even though our reservation had been prepaid through Expedia. I now have to deal with Expedia to try and get a refund and so far I’ve got nowhere. Can’t warn you enough – this place is in an unsafe area and I recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

My stay required a place to sleep 6-7 hours nightly. The room was clean, and the site manager was very helpful. My only comment about my stay was the bed was not firm; it was hard. Other than that, it was a good short-term stay!

Oversold and under delivered. This room was Edgy at best. Old carpeting, the bed was uncomfortable, the lighting was dull and dated. Disappointed in Expedia’s description of the property. This was $80 a night motel at best. Not $180 Disgusted 😠

This was my second time staying here because my first was positive. It was also the last time. I was charged a late check-in fee, something I've never heard of and wasn't in the contract. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work and the toilet ran. The TV had a connection notification that popped up every 15-20 seconds. Last, the shower pressure was like being sprayed with a pressure washer with no way to turn it down. It was a horribly painful shower. Never thought that would be something I ever said but here I am. Needless to say, I won't stay again.

The room was very dirty, the mirrors had hand prints all over them. Looked like the floors in the bathroom needed a good cleaning as there was dirt built up all along the baseboards. The bathroom door had a lot of damage and looked like it had bad water damage. The room walls were a very dark brown and they had tried to patch several holes in the walls with a dark gray paint. The furniture was very poor quality and had the finish wearing off. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. When we requested new towels for the shower for the second day we were told to go get the ones we used and then he would count them before he gave me new towels. The rooms are not cleaned daily and you there is not a door hanger to even request to have it cleaned.

I enjoy staying there, plus it's only a mile to my doctor's office. Perfect location and close to Newport Beach. I do go to San Clemente and Dana Point before I head to Costa Mesa

This place was the cheapest option in the area, and you get what you pay for. Cons: room quality was substandard, with worn-out walls and decor and non-functioning outlets; shower water pressure was low. Pros: air conditioning worked superbly, beds were comfortable (if you like a firm mattress), room and hotel were quiet. Place worked OK for solo traveler last-minute crash pad needs.

Beds were small and uncomfortable, charged to check in late . Room was not very clean . Soda vending machine was empty, no other vending , only a gas station close by and it didn't stay open late . Bathroom door didn't lock , shower had bad water pressure and head was dirty so water didn't come out good .

If this continues this property will decline. If management stops deferring maintenance and repairs with quick visual fixes this would be a great travel stop for families on budget.
