Cozy Inn

This place is possibly the worst I've experienced. Maintenance has been ignored sitewide and is clearly not a priority. The facade from the street is deceiving. Electrical outlet had no cover plate and single screw holding it in place. Outlets in table lamp were so used to make them inoperable.

We stayed about 10 minutes! REALLY run down! TV didn’t work - no ice machine. Seems the homeless punched it and broke it. Felt very unsafe so we left.

Our room was filthy when we checked in...towels, sheets, carpets. We then heard two gunshots around midnight. Checked out early the next morning. Do not recommend. You get what you pay for. Lesson relearned. Still waiting for reimbursement for the remaining 6 nights.

It was a good lower priced motel centrally located

There was multiple things in the room dirty and broken. I was also upcharged as soon as I got there. I was told it was $278 including the $50 property charge which they charged me before I got there. Once there they charged me 7$278 which at that point that’s $328 then another $30 charge. The guy would not explain and that point I didn’t any where else to go. They were argumentative and wouldn’t give us new towels or an extra blanket. It was not a pleasant experience. I still have not gotten the property fee back like they said I would. They kept it

It made me extremely uncomfortable. After going back and forth on why my 15 doesn't have an ID with her age on it.. we get into the room. There is no latch lock on the door, only a dead bolt. There is a conjoining room door you cannot lock from inside the room, only a deadbolt key lock (cannot unlock or lock it inside the room). We were in the room a total of 10 mins, my son opened the side table drawer looking for the wifi and there were two roaches in the drawer. We immediatly left and checked out. I advised the staff and asked for a refund. They told me to contact the 3rd party. The 3rd party is telling me it's the hotels discretion to refund. As of now I've received no refund- hoping the hotel does the right thing and refunds my money.

The toilet water kept on running off and on through the night forgot to tell the hotel that they needed to replace the barber that turns off the water so their water is gonna be very high, so someone should tell them to fix the floater in the toilet, meaning the water floater

Came from San Bernardino to beat the heat wave love the location not far from the beach, room super clean, friendly staff definitely will be re-booking again

The location is very recommended just need some changes from the management.Hoping they will make a change in their rooms

But we want to express our disappointment and concerns to the management 1. The carpet has dark stains (maybe need hire some professionals to shampoo it) 2. We saw 2 roaches in the ac vent and crawled in my husbands back while he sleeping in the bed .(i have proof of pictures and video) 3.The ac vent is dirty 4.Faucet is loose need to fix 5. One bulb is not functioning 6. The shower drainage is rusty 7. The swivel chair is broken 8.The cabinet has missing pieces 9. The microwave is dirty and the center piece is broken

Every time someone goes into a neighboring room it sounds like they are trying to get into your room. So if you have a neighbor that leaves every 10 minutes, like we did, then

room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns in sheets, extremely dirty and grimey. half the lamps in the room didn’t work.

Staff were super helpful but the room was dirty and had mold growing in the bathroom. you could tell the bed was pretty cheep and my partner has a bunch of red bites all over them. Still unsure if that was bed bugs or not. one positive is that the air conditioning worked great!

Clean rooms, good parking, friendly/helpful staff and air conditioning.

The staff was good and very friendly. There were some maintenance issues regarding the toilet (flapper kept coming off) and the exhaust fan (squeaked like a rabid monkey). The place was overall clean, but the pain was worn/damaged in places.
