The space , how it was clean and the way you can tell when the bathroom was clean Well the bed was uncomfortable, there were only one wash towels but you didn't see anyone with a laundry card you only saw the person at the front desk through the whole time I stayed there.

Good location, lots of places to eat around and close to the airport. Air conditioner was blasting which is nice. The room was honestly kinda nasty. Little bugs flying around, smelt horrible honestly. Seeing all the reviews about previous experiences also disgusted me the whole night I definitely should have done more research.

The shower had black mold growing around the caulking. The bed felt damp nothing was plugged in. Lamps and fridge

It was great. Awesome customer service the hotel was awesome smelled amazing & the pillowsssssss !! I slept like a baby, will most def recommend & come back everytime

nothing Everything including the man at the front desk . He was rude to me because I was late on the payment . Wouldn’t let me and my baby sit in the office until my payment came through but let other people sit in there . It was freezing cold outside and he made us sit out there . It was just so bad he was so rude .

Good location and good quality rooms for the price. During a winter storm the staff member Sam let someone reserve the room I was already in because I did not pay a day before check out time.

The rooms are clean but I have had too many bad experiences here and I still haven't been compensated for my troubles. The first room I had to stay in heat didn't work they gave me a heater. Second room same thing. Third room the light went out on one side of the room I only had bathroom light they gave me a extension cord for the fridge and microwave but I still had to stay in that dark room for three days... Still NO COMPENSATION! finally moved me to a good room but what about all that money I wasted on the other rooms. I hate it because I need to be close to my job

It was close by areas to eat food at. There was little roaches, hair in bathroom and toilet didn't work.

Online says that they can accommodate a shuttle for you from the airport to hotel, that they provide breakfast, and clean rooms. NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! I called for the supposed shuttle, the clerk said that they dont provide that service. So I had to take an Uber. When you get there they made sure to post a sign behind the clerk that states "Breakfast has stopped being provided since 2023" .We are in 2025 yet they haven't updated that online. Then when I got the keys to my room, there is dead roaches on the bed and floor. I immediately went to the front desk to show him the conditions and ask for my refund. He checks out the room, confirms I was right but still had the guts to state that there is no rooms left to switch rooms. He realized I wasnt budging and thats when he decided to speak with his manager. He comes back and then stated that I cant get a refund! INSANE! But all of a sudden they had a new clean room for me on another floor. Since I was just staying one night due to the thunderstorm grounding all planes and my flight was delayed till the morning, plus the hotel REFUSING to refund me for their poor conditions, I just took the new room. I made sure to inspect it for bugs. I would never recommend this hotel even for a 1 night sleep to ANYONE!

Nothing. I booked my room in advance and they said they couldn’t find the booking. There were roaches all over. There was a screaming baby and family in the room next to me. It reeked of cigarettes.

i loved the bed and the room it was very spacious. The bathroom was very modern and clean. I didn’t like how the tv didn’t switch inputs and the remotes were a little funky.

Only watching TV Rooms smells disgusting everyday I go in my room and the hallways smells too rooms to damn close to each other be too loud u can hear people slamming doors smh ridiculous
